 Balvatika is looking forward for ambitious people who want to make a mark in the field of
Preschools. Following are the basic details & requisites to open up a Balvatika
Franchisee/Play School.

a) Space Requirements:

We need a space of around 1000 sq. feet to 1200 sq. feet at a location that is easily
approachable and has good visibility in the market/residential area. The accommodation
can be rented or self-owned. The Franchisee/Play School should have

 One Reception along with waiting area

 One Counselling/Office Room
 One Play way Room/Activity Room for kids
 One-Two Class Rooms
 One Pantry
 Washrooms for Boys and Girls

b) Staff Requirements:
We need staff of around three to four people such as
 One Receptionist/Counsellor
 One-Two Maids  One-Two Teachers

c) License Fee:

One time nonrefundable Franchisee Fee for using the name of BALVATIKA: Rs. 49000/- + GST
@ 18%

*TOTAL AMOUNT = Rs. 57,820/-

An agreement will be done for SIX years; after six years agreement will be renewed at no cost
for next six years.

 d) Student Kit:
Student Kits “Books & Dresses” as per requirement of Franchisee/Play School with
minimum rates and NO COMMITMENTS.
e) Investment:
The person should be ready to Invest Rs 1 Lakh to Rs 2 Lakh in the Play School for the
starting set up.
 NOTE: - The Initial Cost may decrease if a person is in possession of ready to move in
infrastructure or already running School.

f) Education Qualification:
 The person should be Graduate.
 Personal involvement in the day to day running of the Play School.
 The person should have a deep understanding of the local market.
 The person needs to be resourceful in terms public relations so that he can fulfil the
HR requirements of the Play School.
