Customer Onboarding Executive (Intern)

We are seeking enthusiastic freshers who have recently completed their MBA Marketing or
MA English or MA Mass Communication in 2023 as full-time intern working from our office.
The period of internship is one year. Based on your performance of the below responsibilities,
you will be transitioned to full-time rolls in the company.

Purpose of the Role

This role is pivotal in our business start-up phase in ensuring exceptional user experiences
and contributing to our business success. Your empathetic approach, attention to detail, and
collaboration skills will drive our mission of transforming healthcare education.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to our business outcomes while gaining
insights into the dynamic field of MedTechVR. Your dedication and empathetic engagement
will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional user journeys and fuelling our startup's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams, ensuring seamless user transition
from sales to onboarding.
• Craft and send personalised welcome emails, providing initial guidance and setting a
positive tone.
• Ensure precise completion of onboarding documentation, establishing a strong
foundation.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, equipping new users with essential
knowledge for a successful start.
• Address user inquiries promptly, offering accurate assistance during the onboarding
process.
• Conduct comprehensive induction programs, facilitating user understanding of our
platform's value.
• Maintain the CRM system with current lead information, enhancing our user
engagement strategies.
• Travel to customer premises to gather user feedback, reporting issues promptly to
drive improvements in the onboarding process.
• Summarize monthly onboarding progress, highlighting achievements and areas for
enhancement.
• Analyze recurring feedback, proposing process improvements that elevate the user
experience.
