b. Minimum qualification requirements
Safety Manager
- Must have Section ll recognized certification
- Must have at least 10 years of safety experience specific to the contract's scope of work.
- Minimum 3 year offshore experience (for offshore location)
Safety Supervisor
- Must have Section ll recognized certification
- Must have at least 7 years of safety experience specific to the contract's scope of work.
- Minimum 2 year offshore experience (for offshore location)
Safety Officer
- Must have Section ll recognized certification
- Must have at least 5 years of safety experience specific to the contract's scope of work.
Minimum 1 year offshore experience (for offshore location)
c. Candidate failing to submit the required supporting documents listed above may lead to delay
in the review process or result in the application being rejected.
d. Candidate not meeting the minimum qualification requirements listed above will be
automatically rejected during the CV evaluation process.

This personnel qualification data sheet must be completed by the Contractor and submitted as a cover page of
each candidate CV.
