Dear Mayor Sara:

As part of strengthening the organization, the Municipal Women Council


would like to
visit various establishments that provide them information and education. This is
with an
objective of giving them an insight of their roles and responsibilities. Likewise,
this will
supplement the various concepts acquired in the trainings for a simultaneous
understanding and
application.

In connection with this, we would like to request your good office to


allow us to conduct
a visit and have a briefing regarding the operation, process and facilities of your
centers/offices.
We would like the group to be able to gain better understanding of the minding
centers, jail for
women and other GAD PPAs. If permitted, the group composed of 15 persons would like
to
visit your IGGD office on October 17-19, 2017.

We hope that this request will merit your most favorable response.
