1. Executive Summary

The project manager must allocate resources in accordance with the project plan. The
project team members must carry out plans in accordance with established schedules and budgets
as well as adhere to their roles and responsibilities. Adapt project management strategies to
changing circumstances while abiding by corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical
principles.
2. Introduction

The important procedure of coordinating resources to achieve specific goals is called

project management. The project's staff and stakeholders have an impact on whether it succeeds
or fails. An effective project manager can manage unexpected issues while still focusing on
ongoing tasks and organizational goals.

3. The ways to manage a project effectively to attain successful project

The effective management of a significant project requires the planning, coordination,

and administration of several complex components, activities, and their interrelationships. some
of them. It is nearly impossible to manage them all at once and give them equal attention. If you
apply the Pareto principle and separate the "important few from the trivial many," then you will
be more successful.

A lot of companies cite the advantages of using project management. It has provided a
solid foundation for change management during the past ten years. for creating new partnerships
and collaborations with a company's customers, commercial partners, and suppliers, as well as
for the merger and reorganization of major corporations. It is well acknowledged that effective
communication is essential in businesses, particularly given how disruptive it can be when trying
to introduce anything new. It can happen in a variety of ways inside an organization and is
essential in persuading both individuals who will be directly impacted by the change and those
who may be affected throughout the entire organization.
