Abstract
This Indies Global Foods presents a case study of a small beverage manufacturer producing and
exporting seaweed-based traditional beverages and the approach adopted over a 7 year period to
address quality and other technical issues to increase market access. Presents. It examines the food
science for the production, quality improvement, shelf life extension, market access, and export of
a low-acid dairy-based beverage, known as I, made from Indies Global foods Pvt. Ltd.. Addressed
technical issues associated with quality and standardization, microbiological considerations, plant
and production system layout, conformance to another countries requirements, rapid shelf life
determination, and food safety and quality system implementation. The approach to improving the
efficiency of production and competitiveness was addressed by the need for beverages and their
production to meet the thermal processing requirements of the US FDA's Low Acid Canned Food
(LACF) regulations.

EXECUTIVE SUMMERY
As a part of academic requirement and completion of BBA program, I have been assigned to
complete internship report on “The Training and Development process in” Indies Global Foods
Private Limited. As usual primary data and secondary data used to prepare this report. Primary
data are gaining from interviewing employess. Secondary data were collected by organizational
employees , hand books, websites, and relevant books. I tried to minimize bias and produce and
unbiased report.
“The Training and Development process” is a slice of Management And Operation , As such I
have selected this topic to make it clear. I have divided this report in some sub segments.
As a young internee in a reputed organization “Indies Global Foods Pvt. Ltd.”. I have tried to go
through their training and Development process to employee within little tenure of Days.
The report start with a general introduction “Indies Global Foods Pvt Ltd.” and then comes the
introduction of “Indies Global Foods Pvt Ltd.” as well as origin of the report, statement of the
research problem, Objective of the report. The Mission and vision of Indies Global FoodsiPvt Ltd.
are also discussed. Then this report proceeds onto the preliminary discussion about the products of
Indies Global Foods Pvt Ltd.
After that I tried to shed a light on the Management And Operation of Indies Global Foods Pvt
Ltd. All the function of Management department are briefly described here. After that I continue
on the main focus of the report “The Training and Development processiin Indies Global Foods
Pvt Ltd..” describing the different steps of these. Starting from identifying the need for new
recruitment to final offer all the steps are well described with an example. After completion of this
report it can easily be said that efficient, competent and active part in the Training and
Development process take a company to the peak of the success
