Internet options, Security, Custom Level,
Enable (or Prompt) ActiveX functionality

Type camera name

Review and accept license agreement*

Select View images from Configuration Portal page

In Display selection choose


RemoteAgent and click Set display

Adjust camera focus and aperture

From the Start Menu run Design Assistant.


Connect to camera

Type camera name (e.g., IRISxxxxxx)

Browse Browse Start New Open

- DVD drive
(for installing Matrox Design Assistant)
- Free and functional 10/100/1000 Mbit Ethernet port
(if making a peer-to-peer network connection)
- Up to 1 GB of free hard disk space
(for installing Matrox Design Assistant)
- Microsoft Windows® 7 (32/64 bit) SP1 or Windows® XP
with SP3 (32 bit)
- Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 8 or higher
- Installation requires an administrative user account
