STEPS
•Preheat broiler.
•Spread about 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture over each of 4 bread slices. Top each with 1 ounce
ham, 2 tomato slices, and 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese. Place sandwich halves and remaining 4 slices
bread on a baking sheet. Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is lightly browned. Top each
sandwich half with remaining bread slice. Serve immediately.
Fancy Ham and Cheese
INGREDIENTS
•Gruyère
•toasted pistachios
•coarse-grained mustard
•Butter, softened

•Place Gruyère, ham, dried apricot halves, and toasted pistachios on French bread slices spread with
coarse-grained mustard. Spread outside of sandwiches with butter. Cook in a pre-heated panini press 2
to 3 minutes or until golden.
Classic Egg Mayo Sandwich

• 3 bunches of curly leaf lettuce, washed and dried from excess water (optional)

•Combine boiled eggs and Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix well. Season with salt, pepper,
and sugar according to taste.
•To add a healthy twist to your Classic Egg Sandwich, you can arrange 3-4 pcs of lettuce leaves on the
bread then spread mixture over the lettuce, top with 1-2 slices of tomatoes then cover with another
slice. Enjoy with a glass of milk and fruit slices!
Delicious Chicken Sandwich

•In a bowl, combine shredded chicken and Lady’s Choice Chicken Spread.
•For added veggie goodness, you can fill the sandwiches with 2-3 pcs of lettuce leaves, slices of
tomatoes and cucumber and the prepared tuna spread. Enjoy with a glass of milk and fruit slices!
Open-Faced Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
•Olive oil
•1 tablespoon mustard
•4 slices Applegate Naturals® Slow Cooked •Ham or Applegate Naturals® Black Forest Ham
STEPS
•Preheat the oven to 400°F. Brush a small sheet pan with olive oil.
•Arrange the slices of toast on the pan. Spread the mustard over the toast and top each with 1 slice of
ham, 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of tomato and a few slices of red onion.
•Drizzle each sandwich with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
•Bake until cheese is bubbling and melted, 10–12 minutes. Garnish with chives and serve at once

•4 large eggs

•Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat the pan with cooking spray. Add ham to pan; sauté
2 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Recoat pan with cooking spray. Crack eggs into
pan. Cover and cook for 4 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Remove from heat. Place 4
muffin halves, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Top each half with 1 cheese slice. Broil for 2 minutes or
until cheese melts. Divide ham among cheese-topped muffin halves; top each with 1 egg and 1 muffin
half.
Grilled Cheese

•Preheat skillet over medium heat. Generously butter one side of a slice of bread. Place bread butter-
side-down onto skillet bottom and add 1 slice of cheese. Butter a second slice of bread on one side and
place butter-side-up on top of sandwich. Grill until lightly browned and flip over; continue grilling until
cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining 2 slices of bread, butter and slice of cheese.
Nutella Sandwich

•Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the bread until toasted, about 2 minutes per side. Spread
the chocolate-hazelnut spread over 1 piece of toast. Top with the second piece of toast and serve.

•1 cucumber
•3 tbsp butter

•Arrange cucumber slices and then tomato slices on one bread slice. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black
pepper powder.
•Press the other bread slice over the veggies gently. Prepare similar sandwich with the remaining bread
slices and veggies.
