Scene: A well-furnished office for the interview.

Outline:

ACT: 1 – Pre-Interview

Scene 1: Job Applicant enters the company’s lobby, nervous, and talks to the Receptionist to check in.

Applicant: Hello ma’am, May I Inquire something.

Receptionist: Hello sir, Good morning? How may I assist you?

Applicant: I just want to ask where the interview room is.

Receptionist: Oh I see! May I ask sir what’s your name is so I can check if you have an Appointment.

Applicant: I am (name), an applicant for (position)

Receptionist: according to the data sir you have an appointment for an interview today that will be held
on room 314.

Applicant: Thank you very much!

Scene 2: Job Applicant’s Friend meets Job Applicant outside the interview room, gives some advice, and
wishes a good luck.

Friend: Oh Hiiii! Why are you here?

Job Applicant: Hello (name of friend)! I’m glad to see you here! I am here for an interview? How about
you?

Friend: I am currently working here as an (position)

Job Applicant: that’s nice, that mean we might become a co-worker. Can you give me some advice.
Friend: some advice? I think you just need to be honest with all your answers.

Job Applicant: is that so? I’ll surely stick with that advice Thank you!

Friend: You’re Welcome! I’m Wishing you Good luck!

Job Applicant: Thank you!

Act 2: The Interview

Scene 1: Job Applicant and Interviewer sit down for the interview.

*Knocks on the door

Job Applicant: Can I come in sir?

Interviewer: Yes, you may come in.

*Enters the room

Interviewer: Please have a seat

Job Applicant: Thank you sir!

Interviewer: So Good morning, I will be your interviewer for today, please tell me about yourself:

Job Applicant: Good morning sir, I am (name), 30 years old and I graduated In college 8 years ago and
also have an experience of work for 6 years.

Scene 2: Job Applicant (source) responds to interviewer’s (Receiver) questions (Feedback).

Interviewer: So How did you find this job?

Job Applicant: 0h I Found out about this job online when I browse in your website sir.

Interviewer: Then why did you choose this position?

Job Applicant: I chose this position because I know that I can be efficient. And I am confident that my
skills are exactly for this.

Interviewer: Why should we hire you?

Job Applicant: You should hire me because I have exceptional skills and strengths.

Because I have the experience in diverse teams, I have worked on challenging tasks and projects.
Interviewer: What makes you unique?

Job Applicant: I have excellent time-management time sir, and that skill made me unique from others.

Scene 3: Interviewer provides feedback to Job Applicant during the interview.

Interviewer: You’re quite confident and comfortable during the interview, as well as, you also spoke
knowledgeable. and I think that’s a nice trait of yours. I wouldn’t be surprised if you will be part of our
team in the future.

Scene 4: Observer observes the interview from the corner (Message).

*Observes quietly

Scene 5: Job Applicant presents a portfolio as part of the message

*passes the portfolio

Job Applicant: here are my portfolios sir.

Interviewer: I hope this can improve your chance of being hired.

Scene 6: Interviewer discusses the job requirements and expectations. (message)

Interviewer: so, if you’re lucky enough and became part of our team.

Being part of our team requires pure talent and strength. In addition, our top managers have high
