If a school has no policies on student tardiness or absences, tardiness could increase and lead to more frequent absences. Without rules, students may continue to be late or absent without punishment. This could negatively impact the school environment and discipline. It could also interfere with teaching and learning as tardy or absent students would not understand the lessons and get no education.

TARDINESS or tardy students refers to a person which is always late in class
while being ABSENT is no attendance nor apperance at all.

If school has no rules and policies
about this,the simple tardiness will
result to more complicated one which
is the absenteeism.
School must regulate rules about this
to stop or lessen this tardiness and
absenteeism.
If school has no actions and just allow
this,students will do it again and again
because they know that there is no
punishment at all.

affected because tardiness and
absenteeism without valid reason
means that school lacks in providing
discipline in students .Teaching and
learning will also be affected because

learning at all.
