BACKGROUND INFORMATION
A. Rationale of the Program/Activity

In relation to the school memorandum No. 35 s. 2023, the conduct of 1 ST PTC for SY.
2023-2024 is necessitated. This is to appraise the parents orient the parents and to
elect the new set of homeroom officers.

B. Objectives of the Activity

The following objectives were discussed.

C. Expected Outcome and Results

The parents are expected to be informed of the following agenda and be able to come
up with the list of homeroom officers. Concerns and queries should be addressed by
the adviser or co-adviser.

D. Summary Profile of Participants

The total number of parent-participants is 32. There were 13 parents for female
students and 19 parents for male students.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ACTIVITY


A. Preliminary Activities

The participants arrived before the scheduled time, and they were asked to fill out the
attendance sheet. The meeting started at exactly 8:00 in the morning. Before the
meeting formally started, the class adviser played an audio-video presentation for the
opening prayer. The adviser asked how the parents are and thanked them for
attending today’s venture. The meeting then proceeded with the discussion of agenda.
