How To Create An ATM Payroll Credit File

1. Open ATM Payroll Converter provided


If prompted, select ' Enable Content ' to enable macros
Note: You may refer to Macros Guide provided below to activate macros

2. Input Payroll File details on the ATM Payroll Converter

Payroll File Details Guide

Upload Date Actual date of payroll uploading via Maker access


Company Code 3-character code provided by BDO. Serves as company identifier
Batch Credit batch created within each credit date. Incremental number between 01-99.
Account # 12-digit employee account number
Amount Net pay to be credited to employees. Rounded up to 2 decimal places.
Negative amount not accepted.
Name Reference for payroll account number. No specific format required
Remarks Leave blank. Portion for Comments/Remarks for ATM Payroll Converter

Ok - valid BDO Account Number
Ok - No Amount - valid BDO Account Number/ zero amount indicated
Invalid Account Number - not an existing BDO account number

How To Enable Macros

For MS Office Excel Version 2003

Go to: Tools → Macro → Security → Security Level → Select " Low " → Click " Ok" → Close and Restart Excel

For MS Office Excel Version 2007


Click on Microsoft Office Logo on the upper left corner of the excel sheet

Go to: Excel Options → Trust Center → Trust Center Settings → Macro Settings → Enable Macros →
Click " Ok " → Click " Save " → Close and Restart Excel

For MS Office Excel Version 2010 to present


Go to: File → Options → Trust Center → Trust Center Settings → Macros Settings → Enable All Macros →
Click " Ok " → Click " Save " → Close and Restart Excel
