1. High frequency model diagram of op is shown in the figure (Fig 5.2).

Calculate the open loop


voltage gain of the op amp as a function of frequency.
2. Derive the slew rate equation of an op amp with the help of a voltage follower circuit with an
input signal vin= Vpsinωt.
3. The peak voltage of an op amp circuit is 10V and its slew rate is 0.5V/µs. Find the maximum
frequency that can be used in the op amp circuit, Also sketch the output wave form if the
input wave form is square wave.
4. The gain of an op amp inverting amplifier circuit is 50 at the operating frequency. Find the
maximum peak to peak output voltage at this frequency. Also find the maximum input peak
to peak signal.
5. Draw the circuit diagram of a summing inverting op amplifier with three inputs and show
that out put voltage is sum of input voltages. Also modify the circuit and show that output
voltage is average of input voltages.
6. Draw the circuit diagram of a adder inverting op amplifier with three inputs and show that
out put voltage is sum of weighted input voltages.
7. A differential summing amplifier has two inputs Va & Vb to the inverting terminal and two
inputs Vc & Vd to the non-inverting terminal. Derive the mathematical expression for the final
output.
8. A differential amplifier is used as a subtractor with Va to the inverting terminal Vb to the
non-inverting terminal. Derive the mathematical expression for the final subtractor output.
9. Draw the circuit diagram of an instrumentation amplifier using a transducer and derive the
mathematical expression for output voltage of the amplifier and change in the resistance of

10. Draw the circuit diagram of differential input and differential out amplifier and derive the
mathematical expression for its output voltage.
11. Draw the circuit diagram of voltage to current converter with floating load and derive the
relation between output current and input voltage.
12. Draw the circuit diagram of an op amp integrator and mathematically show that the output
voltage is proportional to integral of input voltage.
13. Draw the circuit diagram of a practical op amp integrator and find the condition of time
period of the signal and time constant of integrator.
14. Draw the circuit diagram of an op amp differentiator and mathematically show that the
output voltage is proportional to differential of input voltage.
15. Draw the circuit diagram of a practical op amp differentiator and find the condition of time
period of the signal and time constant of differentiator.
