1- Profit maximization: Its main objective is to obtain benefits for the
company, it is necessary to maximize the collection for the commercial
actions to obtain more profits, these help to reduce the company's risk.
2- Wealth maximization: Its primary objective is to enhance shareholder value
or wealth. this maximization can only work with the help of the company's
profitable position.
5- What is the main role of a finance manager? He oversees creating optimal
financial strategies to prevent business losses.
6- In a few words describe his/ her major functions.
1- Forecasting Financial Requirements: Analyze how much finance is
required to acquire fixed assets to meet working capital requirements

Financial management is fundamental in companies since it allows to have a better
control of the acquisitions and allows to evaluate the possible risks that may arise,
with the objective of complying with the good business operation.
