HENAN SINOTECH INTELLGENT CONTROL TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD

1. Welder Parameter

Input:220V AC,50HZ

Output:Max power:1500W, Max current: 5A, Max voltage: 300V DC

2. Keyboard Function

The first row contains shortcut keys for the 4 common pipe sizes,

followed by 9 operating keys

3. Start-up and Shutdown Process

After power-on, click the UP arrow on the screen home page to

increase the screen brightness, and click the DOWN arrow to decrease

the screen brightness. There are 7 levels in total.

Click the size of the pipe to be welded to enter the upper interface

(pipe type, weld voltage, weld current and remaining time). After clicking

"OK", the word "Welding" will appear at the bottom left of the screen.

"Weld voltage" indicates the current output voltage, "Weld current"

indicates the current output current, and "Remaining time" indicates the

remaining time to complete the welding. This status indicates that the

welding process has been entered. During the welding process, click

"Stop" or the system will stop when the time is up. The word "Weld

Done" will appear at the bottom left of the screen, and there will be a

corresponding prompt sound. Click the "Start" button when there is no

load connected, and after 2 seconds, the words "Please connect the

load" will appear at the bottom left of the screen.

4. Information Seek and Parameter Modification

After power-on, click the "Menu" button on the home page of the

screen, and the options of "Parameter Set", "Record", "Temperature

Compensation", "Parameter Calibration", "Date Set" and "Language" will

appear. Use the LEFT and RIGHT keys to move to the desired option and

click on the "OK" button to enter the appropriate setting. Follow the

instructions at the bottom of the screen to complete the operation.

5. Parameter Modification

Select the parameter you want to modify through the UP and DOWN

keys, and change the LEFT and RIGHT keys to specific values. The

maximum current can be modified to 5A, and the welding time can be

modified to 500S.
6. System Calibration

The system calibration is used to adjust the sampling accuracy of

voltage and current. To adjust the current accuracy, a multimeter with a

current stage should be connected in series in the output circuit. The

underline appears under which parameter, indicating that the parameter

can be modified. Each adjustment value is 10 during the benchmark

value adjustment, and the maximum value is not more than 3290. In

principle, when the benchmark value is adjusted, the collected current is

the best value if it is consistent with the multimeter reading.

7. Kindly Warning

The system calibration parameters have been optimally adjusted

before leave the factory, please do not enter the "system calibration" to

change them.
