HRD: Good Morning!


Fara: Morning.
HRD: You’re having an interview now. Are you ready?
Fara: Yeah, I’m ready.
HRD: OK, what’s your name?
Fara: My name is Nursa Aida Farzana. You can call me, Fara.
HRD: OK, well Fara. Would you like to tell me a bit of yourself?
Fara: I am fresh graduated bachelor of Psychology from Universitas Gajah Mada in 2028.
HRD: OK. Do you have any experiences?
Fara: Yes I do.
HRD: What’s that?
Fara: Yeah, I have experience participating in Himpunan Mahasiswa Psikolog Universitas
Gajah Mada for 1 year and becoming a Unicef volunteer in Lombok Timur
HRD: So. What’s your big motivation applying job here?
Fara: My big motivation, I want to improve myself to be trainer in this company, exactly
HRD staff
HRD: What is your strengh?
Fara: I can actively interact with employees and communicate well. And I am sure that it
needs in this company.
HRD: Do you have other skill that support you work?
Fara: Yeah, I have some skiils. I can operate microsoft wors, editing photo. Lastly, I can work
in team and leadership
HRD: How interested are you in this job?
Fara: OK, I'm interested because companies need people who can handle contract
agreements, employee payroll, and others to the maximum extent required by PT Abacus
Cash Solution company. I hope my skills can be applied directly at PT Abacus Cash Solution
HRD: OK, next my last question. How much salary do you want?
Fara: OK, talking about salary. I used to get like 15 million/month
HRD: Ok well. Thank you Fara, for your information. And please wait for 2 weeks and I will
send this information by E-mail.
