Urgent Requirement- Project Manager

Job Description
Ideal Candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple construction
projects at different sites. They are accountable for ensuring that projects are delivered on time,
within budget, and meet quality standards. They work closely with stakeholders, including clients,
contractors, and team members, to develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure successful
project execution.

Responsibilities:
 Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
 Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and establish project
objectives.
 Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project feasibility and identify potential risks or
challenges.
 Prepare and analyse project cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and assign tasks to team
members.
 Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
 Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively resolving issues that may impact project
delivery.
 Engage with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials
and equipment.
 Conduct regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders to provide updates and
address any concerns.
 Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
 Oversee quality control procedures and ensure that projects meet industry and client
standards.
 Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, motivating and empowering them to
achieve project goals.
 Coordinate with clients to address their needs, provide regular project status updates, and
resolve any issues.
 Conduct project evaluations and post-mortem analysis to identify areas for improvement
and best practices for future projects.
 Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in project management.
 Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills
and knowledge.
 The ideal person should be capable of handling a complete project from excavation to the
handing over of the project with Minimum Company Resources and subcontracting the
Substructure, Other related work, and Finishing works.

Requirements:
 Min Bachelor’s degree/B.E in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
 Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Planning Engineer in the construction
industry.
 Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
 Preferred Min 15 years of experience in a similar profile.
 Min 5- 10 years of Oman experience as a Project Manager is a mandate.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Proficient in project management software and tools.
 Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Detail-oriented and highly organized.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation techniques.
 Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures.
 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
 Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
 Prefer South Indian candidates only.
 Certification in project management, such as PMP, is a plus.

Salary Range
500 OMR – 750 OMR
