Pani Gold Project, one of most anticipated projects of Merdeka Copper Gold, is seeking highly
qualified candidates for:

Land Management Specialist


(Code : EA - LMS)
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from any major, with strong background as Surveyor/ GIS specialist
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mining companies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent skill in acquiring and managing geospatial database and metadata tracking
• Able to perform in tight schedule deadline and under pressure working environment
• Ability to see project management wholistically, understanding and managing the overall
project and its progress
• Familiar with operating drones for mining areas, from preparation to post project
• Familiar with GIS and mapping software, such as Arc GIS
• Willing to work onsite with working schedule and roster determined by Company

Responsibilities:
• Relationship and negotiating with underlying land-owners
• Communicate with project team, help identify any potential development obstacles and
collaborate through solutions
• Maintain geospatial databases with careful attention to detail and metadata tracking
• Accurately research, gather, develop, maintain and analyze land spatial data
• Follow and update/maintain documentation for best practices and standard operating
procedures
• Provide insight, feedback, reporting, analysis, and decision-support skills to the project
team using geospatial tools
• Develop new geospatial tools and dashboards to assist with mapping, GIS analysis, and
grid-scale project development
• Maintain and improve mobile mapping application to support project development and
engineering (ArcGIS Field Maps)
• Aid in the improvement and evolution of an advanced ArcGIS mapping platform
• Piloting and/or supervising inspection by Drones in mining areas, from preparation to a
post-project
• To operate several drone equipment (e.g. not limited to Chopper, VTOL, Fixed wing)
