RECOGNITION OF SCHOLASTIC AWARDEES (1ST QUARTER) EMCEE SCRIPT

As we are about to begin, please be seated. Just a few reminders, I would like to seek your cooperation for
this program. Please be seated on the seats assigned to you.

Introduction:

Today is a milestone that marks the culmination of all hard work that our learners have poured out for the first
2-3 months of school or for the 1 st quarter. This is the day that we, the faculty and staff, your parents,
relatives, and friends, together with our barangay officials, gather with you to celebrate your 1 st quarter
academic achievement and success.

To our motherly school head Dr. Ria M. Vertulfo, to our highly competent and deeply motivated members of
CES1 faculty and staff, officials of our 2 barangays who are present today, to the proud and loving parents,
visitors, friends, everyone, a pleasant morning and welcome to our 1 st Quarter Recognition of Scholastic
Awardees SY. 2022-2023.

National Anthem & Invocation:

To formally start this program, may I request everyone to please stand for the singing of our national anthem
to be conducted by Mrs. Bithynia A. Virtudazo, a grade 5 teacher. To be followed by an opening prayer to be
led by Mrs. Childa R. Rondina, a grade 5 teacher as well.

Welcome Address:

Thank you so much Mrs. Virtudazo and Mrs. Rondina. You may now take your seats. I believe that the secrets
behind this significant event are not only teachers, who have rendered their invaluable service by guiding
these learners to the right path, but also the parents who give them the support financially, love and
encouragement in every activity in our school. And today signifies the weeks of hard work in the relentless
pursuit of knowledge that will enable our learners to embrace opportunities and take on challenges life may
bring with courage, confidence and wisdom. Again, nothing of this would be possible without the guidance
and support of the parents, the hardwork and patience of our teachers, and the persistence and
determination that lies within the learner’s heart. And for that, let’s give ourselves a round of applause please!

As this juncture, may I call on one of the brilliant teachers here in CES1, please help me welcome Mrs. Mary
Jean M. Andales, master teacher 1 for her welcome address. A round of applause please.

Acknowledgment of Participants:

Thank you so much Mrs. Andales for your warm welcome. At this point, to know our attending participants for
this morning’s program, let’s have Mrs. Lilibeth D. Locaylocay for the acknowledgment of participants. Let’s
give her a resounding applause.

Message of Inspiration:

Thank you Mrs. Locaylocay. And now, nothing can be more reassuring and heart-warming than the hopeful
words of inspiration, lets lend our ears to one of the most outstanding elementary school head in the Division
of Mandaue City, let’s welcome Dr. Ria M. Vertulfo. A round of applause please.
Messages:

Thank you so much Dr. Vertulfo. (insert message here) Your words will surely remain closely to our hearts.
Another message to warm our hearts with hopeful words of inspiration coming from a leader herself, let’s
have our Barangay Captain of Casuntingan, Hon. Amelia B. Ale. A warm round of applause.

--------

Thank you so much Hon. Amelia Ale. This time let’s hear another inspirational message from one leader to
another leader, our Barangay Captain of Cabancalan, Hon. Rey Cortes. A warm round of applause.

Recognition of Scholastic Awardees:

Thank you so much Hon. Rey Cortes. Now, let us move on to the most awaited part of this morning’s program,
the presentation of the awardees. At this point, let me pass you on to your respective advisers to do the
honors of presenting your awards and certificates starting with the Grade 1.

Part II: Parent-Teacher Conference

Congratulations dear learners! You rightfully deserve every award you received today. Everyone, let us give
them a big round of applause.

At this juncture, before we all go to our respective classrooms, I would like to give you this short message, “An
investment in knowledge always pays the best interest.” Once again, congratulations learners and of course to
our parents. This has been Ms. Kate Yurag, your lady of ceremony. You may now proceed to your respective
classrooms for the parent teacher conference. Have a good day everyone!
