B. Development, Acquisition and Production
1. LAC activities include workshop in the development and quality assurance of LR.
2. The school has equipment available for printing/producing teacher-made LRs
(e.g. computers, printers, photocopier, risograph, mimeograph machines).
3. The school requires minimum of one (1) teacher-made LR (e.g. story book, big book,
modules, Training and Development Resource, Strategic Intervention Material, etc.)
per subject area assessed for local use or for uploading in the LR portal within a year.
4. The school has linkage for possible donors of LRs.
5. Certificates of acceptance of all the LRs received are available.
C. Assessment and Evaluation
1. Teacher-made LR is being assessed in the school level by the School QA team.
2. School QA team has training on LR assessment and/or evaluation.
3. The school has teacher made LR material submitted to the Division Office for
evaluation.
4. Self-Assessment of the School Learning Resource Center/Library is conducted annually.
5. LRMS Annual Accomplishment Report prepared and submitted.
D. Storage and Maintenance
1. The school has an established school LR center.
2. The school compiles all records of teacher made LRs and deposit these at the LR center.
