supply quality chickens and meat and egg to the whole village and the entire district.

 Poultry farming is the form of animal husbandry which raises domestic birds such as
ducks, chicken, turkeys, and geese to produce meat and eggs for food.

 MISSION STATEMENT
 Quality poultry solutions mission is to provide customers with quality, valuable, and
fresh products. To produce affordable chicks, eggs, and meat for the citizens through
production partnerships with local small holders.
 KEY TO SUCCESS
 Quality poultry solutions will follow these principles in order to achieve success in its
market.
 State of art cage framework accommodating an optimum number of chickens with
lessened possible hazards.
 Creating optimal environmental conditions by ensuring good ventilation, lighting,
temperature and humidity level.
 Provide food and water to the chicken as much as possible.
 Make sure the chicken does not have lice and mites.

each person has an equal share.

is big enough for our business and it has a stable economic base that promotes a
healthy environment for the poultry farm.

 We shall offer chicken eggs and meat that shall be gotten from layers and broilers to our
target market. And we shall also offer fertilizer inform of chicken manure.
 We are also planning to supply future products such as cracked egg shells to some
detergent companies and these detergents are used in washing.
 We are also planning to serve our customers by providing home delivery for customers who
are willing to buy atleast a certain amount of any products.
 Quality poultry solutions is also planning to have future services such as a restaurant that
has eggs as its main menu and also to build its own bakery if the business gets large because
eggs are the major ingredients in most baked goods.

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

 Poultry products are not branded products hence what matters is effective positioning and
timing.
 We are not entering this business to make much money but to solve the present problem
faced by my population. We are here to provide affordable eggs and meat.

MARKETING STRATEGY

 Quality poultry solutions will strive for the production of products with the highest quality
and we plan on employing the following strategies;
 Our location puts us on the proximity of hotels, restaurants, schools, and home deliver food
centers we will be supplying too. We will also make contracts with hawkers in markets to
sell our live birds and eggs and also making contracts with retail shops for constant supply
of eggs at intervals.
