ee ae aee ~ Requesting ‘a Service» / ‘When you send a letter requesting a service, you must give detailed information so the service provider can give you a complete and accurate response. Many people call the provider to discuss their needs before writing their letter. f your letter isn’t detailed, you may have to write again to explain the information. Before you write the letter, contact the people in your company who are involved with the request. Ask them if they have anything to add.
