REFLECTION/ PLAN OF ACTION

As I reflect about my former students with disability, I totally felt guilty that I’ve neglected too much
as an educator. I am Technically not used to being a person with disability thus I lack compassion for
them. Now I’ve realized that I messed up.

Now I plan to talk one step higher, show more compassion to my learners with disability. But I don’t
know where my patience will take me, so I must adopt shared strategies such as peer tutoring, games,
etc. depending on their needs. I planned to lower my expectations to the students with this situation.

I am planning to attend more seminars regarding this. And take a course to help my students with
disabilities (in the future) to excel more. And be aware of the latest tools to help them.
REFLECTION/ PLAN OF ACTION

As a research teacher, I’ve always seen Artificial intelligence as a threat to the authenticity of
research works of my students. Especially the deep AI whose seamless connect the real works to the AI
works.

As I learned about the discussion, I’ve seen some helps in writing skills enhancement as long as
leads to habituation of reading the outputs of AI.

AI has been my field of interest in my doctoral dissertation and how it is in the educational setting
in the Philippines. I learned a lot of this, and I planned to craft an ethical consideration to my research
students on when and how to use AI.

I also plan to buy AI detectors such as Turnitin, Plagiarism checker etc. to make sure that AI
generated research paper will be avoided.
REFLECTION/ PLAN OF ACTION

As I learned in LAC session, I reflect on my normal teaching strategies, except the group activities
which I left for a day to comprehensively show my objectives.

The COI are crafted and slightly modified in our school for us not to be pressured on the ratings.

I plan to have some modifications on the lesson that I will use in my CO. And plan of adding group
activities dealing with the normal life of my students and how they can easily incorporate research in
their daily life. This will help the students be more connected in the subject.
REFLECTION/ PLAN OF ACTION
As the LAC leader discussed I reflect on what I’ve done during my CO. And I think I have to better of my
strategies and meet the needs of the learners of our time. I could have done better in teaching if I’ve
seen some of my colleagues planning.

This LAC really helps me to do better in the next CO though it has different COI some are just the same.

To improve teacher and learning process I need to be time conscious and think of a better strategies to
help my students wild u their imagination since research is my subject.
