Both in their own name and right, and recognizing the necessary legal capacity to grant
the present Private Document of Purchase---Sale of vehicle, to such effect,

II That the purchaser declares that it has been informed of the condition of the
vehicle, as a whole and of its mechanical elements and fundamental components, its
age and mileage, highlighting in particular the condition of the following mechanical

III It is also stated for the record that the purchaser has personally and directly or
through a third party examined the automobile, and carried out, if applicable, the tests
that he/she has freely considered pertinent.

Both parties have and recognize each other the necessary legal capacity to execute this
Purchase---Sale Agreement for the aforementioned vehicle, based on the following
CLAUSES:
FIRST --- D................................................................, acting on its own behalf and

SECOND. - The seller, in this act, delivers to the buyer, the car he acquires, free of
charges and encumbrances, the latter being responsible from the date of this
document, for any issues that may arise from the use or possession of the same,
including liabilities, penalties, insurance, technical inspections and civil and criminal
liabilities arising from the use of the vehicle from the hour of the day of signature on
which the BUYER takes
possession of the vehicle.
THIRD --- No guarantee is established on the sale of the vehicle, but both parties, in the
event that there are discrepancies regarding the operation of the same, shall be subject
to the provisions of the Civil Code for the Purchase---Sale of movable property, both
with regard to the effects of this contract and the rights and obligations that
correspond to each.
FOURTH --- There shall be no liability of the seller for breakdowns or deficiencies of the
vehicle, appearing after the delivery thereof, when these circumstances occur or are
caused by improper use, or as a result of force majeure, theft, robbery, negligence,
accident or lack of maintenance recommended by the manufacturer, as well as defects
existing at the time of delivery of the vehicle, provided they were known and
consented to by the buyer.
FIFTH.--- For the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of the above agreed, the parties by
mutual agreement waive the jurisdictions that may correspond to them, designating
the Courts and Tribunals of ................................................
