COMMERCIAL CONTRACT FOR THE CARRIAGE OF GOODS BY ROAD

CONTROL DOCUMENT FOR NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS


(Issued according to Order FOM/238/2003, BOE of 02/13/2003, which establishes control standards in relation to the public
transport of goods by road).

1 Charger (name, address and CIF/NIF) This contract shall be governed, in all matters not expressly
provided for herein, by the Ley del Contrato de Transporte
Terrestre de Mercancías (Law 15/2009, BOE of November 12, 2009)
and its complementary laws.
At the end of the transport, the shipper, carrier and, if applicable, transport operator
shall keep a copy of this control document at the disposal of the Land Transport
Inspectorate for one year.
