Dismantling existing fence, hacking off existing drain and

i) Excavation of existing slope to slot in the base

equipment (Notes: Tiles to be provided by the Client)
To dismantle kitchen sink and terminate all piping point and waste water

outlet, including hacking and plastering works

To hack existing wall tiles, cart away debris off site and plaster

back the wall
To provide ceiling fan point, including fabrication of fan hook

To supply & install downlight for ceiling in master bedroom &
