DAK KARMAYOGI PORTAL –

FACULTY GUIDE – VERSION 1.3


(PTC/RTC/WTC/DTC TRAINER)

Faculty Login in Dak Karmayogi Portal
1) Faculty login credentials will be provided to
PTC/RTC/WTC/DTC instructors.
2) Sign in to be done in www.dakkarmayogi.gov.in
with user credentials given by PTC/RTC by default
password

3) This screen will appear


immediately after login
4) Faculty can find the details of training imparted by him/her till date in My Performance
option. Here, details of only those trainees will reflect which have been added in class by
faculty. List of trainees can also be obtained by clicking on particular number.

Course wise details can be exported

5) Faculty can find details of any trainee with the help of Employee Id or
Mobile No or Email Id in Trainee Inquiry option
6) Faculty can unlock the user from this option. However, password reset
can be done by trainee himself/herself only in his login with mobile otp.
7) For local video streaming through xampp server in website, content can be
downloaded from download option. Broadband connection may be required for
download. From here, xampp server installation process, contents of onsite courses
can be downloaded .

8) For imparting training, faculty has to
select onsite course for which training is
to be imparted and also select section for
that WTC/DTC
Note : In case of faculty of PTC/RTC, course and
section is not required to be selected for local
course of that particular PTC/RTC. Course will be
allotted by PTC/RTC subadmin to that faculty.

9) After selection of course and


section, this screen will appear
containing Course Thumbnail,
Course Name and Section.
(10) After clicking on thumbnails, course contents will appear where video can be played and
pdf/images can be downloaded by faculty. For playing videos in faculty login, xampp server must
be installed and proper IP address is to be entered while login.

Training Duration to be updated by trainer for that particular batch. This time
duration will be reflected in reports
11) On left side panel, with the option
‘Course Nomination’, trainees can be
nominated for a particular course.
(Only nominated trainees can register
themselves in that course)

12) By selecting course and entering employee


id one by one, trainees can be nominated
individually.
Alternatively, bulk upload can be done by
uploading csv file containing employee id with
column header Employee_ID
(13) Now, faculty has to add trainees in his class. For that, go to My trainees and add trainees by
clicking on + button. Here, only those trainees will appear who have already enrolled in that
course in their login.

(14) From Trainees List option, list of all current trainees can be obtained.
(15) In My Trainees option, Print Reports field, current and previous training joining report, discharge
report, certificate download, I-Cards print, Feedback report etc. can be generated.
(16) Faculty can mark attendance for all trainees added in his class and generate
attendance report day to day.
(17) Faculty can send and receive message to and from Trainees with Message option
(18) Quiz details can be viewed by faculty in Quiz option

(19) In Progress Card option, progress of each trainee in course can be viewed.
(20) With Exit section option faculty can leave course.
