for Hospital Purpose at Sector-8,

Dwarka, New Delhi

Project brief:

Location: Sector-8, Dwarka

Land area: 8.5 Acres

Expected sale price: 600 Cr

Hospital map was initially approved for 27000 Sq m construction with 7400 Sq
m for residential usage

The drawing was approved for 500 bedded hospital with 100 FAR.

Now FAR has increased to 200 and thus almost double the approved site can
be considered for construction.

Two basements and six floors construction was earlier envisaged, up to 27 m


height approval was taken while 30 m was permitted.

Environment/Metro/DDA/DUAC approvals were in place, may have to be


reworked as per new plans.

The owners are Hyderabad based and final purchase meeting shall be
conducted at their office.

The process shall involve purchase of shares of P.C.L. JDRC Joint Venture or
as may be suitable to both parties.
