I. PRESENTATION
It is known by all that time is the most valuable resource we can have, but unlike any
other resource this cannot be saved, you cannot save time and use it for later or at the
right time, time is constant and never stops and while you lose every second, minute,
hour, without realizing you are wasting your life without doing anything concrete, without
achieving any objective, without reaching any goal.
This work aims to be a guide for those people who have difficulty managing their time;
with efficient and effective results, with simple examples that are applicable to reality,
we will show you that, although time cannot be stopped, you can get the most out of it,
helping not only the reader but also his environment in general, since a person with a
good organization and planning of time in their activities is more productive than one
who does not take into account this factor. This will help not only the reader but also his
environment in general, since a person with a good organization and planning of time in
his activities is more productive than one who does not take into account this factor.

II. PROBLEMS
Turla and Hawkins (2002), mention that time is an enormously important issue
for the
staff who engage creativity and common sense in daily routines that struggle with
disruption, paperwork and delays while yearning for more freedom, flexibility and
time.
Palao (2005) mentions that, at the beginning of a day, there are usually a series
of tasks or tasks, which are infrequent to face them successfully, so it is
important to prioritize, that is, to establish an order based on how much
importance it deserves, having as conditions to establish schedules, to make
things even easier for us.
It is necessary to be clear that we should not interpret reality in relation to the
scarcity of time, instead, make a change of mentality and understand that some
problems are usually due to poor time planning, so we must plan in order to
increase the productivity of our work, whether work or academic, and thus
achieve high expectations in each of the projects to be carried out.

III. OBJECTIVES
A. GENERAL:
To raise awareness about the lack of time planning, and that many of them bring
us difficulties not only in our daily lives but also in our personal lives.
B. SPECIFIC:
What we want to achieve with this work is:

VI. FOLLOW-UP OF ACTIONS AND/OR ACTIVITIES
We have achieved what is required, organizing our time in a way that is efficient for us
to be able to perform our activities on time and correctly, such as writing down each
action we will perform in an agenda to fulfill the proposed activities in a responsible
manner, we have also chosen to make a schedule with different activities, dividing the
time in an organized manner so that it is easier and more comfortable for us. This
indicates that we are achieving our objectives of fulfilling each duty in a short time by
being more responsible with the performance of our activities.
VII. RESULTS
We will divide the gains obtained from following this regimen into 3 phases, first phase,
second phase and finally third phase.
Each phase from the first to the third indicates an estimated time in which the schedules
were strictly followed, from the shortest to the longest time, with short-term results in the
first phase, medium-term results in the second phase and long-term results in the third
phase.
7
The first results obtained in this phase are immediately evident, since by
eliminating distractions the time available to us is increased exponentially, and it
is then that we realize the damage in the organization of time caused by those
distractions.
The second results in the effort to perform certain tasks without those distractions
that kept us entertained, but by performing them and finally freeing ourselves
from them, the free time we get also increases, and we will talk about this free
time in the next point.
With that free time that we thought we could not have, we made more space in
our agenda or schedule to do activities of lesser importance, this increased our
productivity and the efficiency in which we do our jobs.
With the systematic organization of the time in our agenda, we have more free
time left than we could have had, but since the objective is to improve our quality
of life, that free time that we used to have at night, we use it to sleep and get up
early (7 a.m.).
This created a virtuous circle from which we acquired more time, since by not
having distractions and using that time to carry out activities, we had time left for
ourselves, since in our case we used it for activities that benefited us such as:
studying, reading, exercise, healthy food, etc.
Apart from the time obtained, we also notice a great change in our attitude, since
we sleep earlier and have less stress due to the delay and accumulation of work,
our physical and mental health increases as a consequence of the good routine
we are carrying out.
these results are very difficult to achieve, since the results that we can obtain are still in
the middle of the second phase (medium term results) and we consider that to obtain
results in the third phase the time invested would be 3 to 4 months, for a better
documentation of the results, but following the line of improvement that we are
8
experiencing even in the second phase, we can affirm that the results of the third phase
will increase or in the worst case will be maintained. But following the line of
improvement that we are experiencing even in the second phase, we can affirm that the
results of the third phase will increase or in the worst case will be maintained, with this
affirmation we can make a list of 3 improvements that we could have in the third phase.

VIII. CONCLUSIONS
With the information given above and carrying out the proposed activities for the benefit
of improving time management, we have obtained multiple improvements, thus
optimizing and planning a good management of schedules that often hinder us daily in
our work, family and academic environment.
In the improvement process that we set out from the beginning, we see the importance
that time means for people and how a better organization of it helps considerably to a
better performance in any field.
The productivity of people increases considerably and their contributions to society are
increasingly significant, a person who knows how to allocate his time efficiently has an
advantage over the rest of people who do not.
