•
Mindset of the people of this area is a hinder for growth and vistas of prospects as
they upholds orthodox and stereotype ideology that does not let them think out of
the box.
•
More human potential is required to practice new innovative techniques as this
area is a semi-urban dwelling that lacks in more educated personnel which is
required for the upliftment and upto date growth of the Institution.
•
Pandemic time – has become a big challenge to cope up the
need of the hour.
•
To provide International exposure is also a big challenge. It has
posed a mighty obstacle in rendering resources for the achievements of the
learners.
•
Tackling with online and offline teaching learning strategies is also a difficult task
in itself as parents do not want to come out of the conventional class room
teaching pattern.
pg. 18
CHAPTER 2
2.1.1 Location
2.1.1 Location :-
pg. 19
2.1.2 Good Will :
NPOs offer resources, products, and services to address community needs. They
are companies, most of the time nonprofits, that support other companies in the
neighbourhood to promote economic growth, the arts, cultural awareness,
education, health, and spirituality – in almost every sphere of society. The school
helps students that are not from well to do families by giving them scholorships.
Co-curricular pursuits support academic learning. Children learn to think critically and
independently as their intellectual abilities are put to the test. Children benefit from
engaging activities in science labs, various technical challenges, and literary competitions
to study their subjects more effectively and amusingly.
The extracurricular activities provide the young children's self-confidence a boost. They
develop their public speaking skills and audience management skills. Along with learning
how to handle pressure and the life lesson that participation is more important than
winning, children also learn improvisation.
Co-curricular activities teach kids new things. Through the events held at the school, they
get knowledge of the culture, history, literature, and a variety of other topics. They learn
about moral and ethnic values, emphasising the concept of compassion, harmony, and
kindness.
pg. 21
A workshop offers the chance to pick up new abilities. It serves as a conduit for entering
the world of another individual. One must go beyond the knowledge found in textbooks
and enrol in workshops or ongoing educational courses if they want to become a great
teacher or human being.
Depending on the business and industry, corporate social responsibility is a broad term
that can take many different shapes. Businesses can enhance their brands while helping
society through CSR initiatives, charity, and volunteer work.
A firm must first be accountable to itself and its shareholders before it can be socially
responsible. Companies that implement CSR initiatives frequently expand to the point
where they can support the community. Therefore, CSR is often a technique that big
businesses use. After all, a company has a greater need to provide an example of moral
conduct for its associates, rivals, and industry the more visible and successful it becomes.
As PR Manager :-
In the field, a mid-level management position is the public relations manager. By sharing
programmes, successes, and/or points of view, public relations managers build and
maintain a positive public image for their business or client. Usually, they answer to the
department or unit head.
These experts are in charge of answering media inquiries, submitting articles to the media,
creating media kits, and setting up press conferences. They also manage crisis and
emergency communications and distribute facts to offset negative publicity.
pg. 23
1. Fee Matters
2. Pending Dues
3. Clearance issues
4. Providing TC to students.
Holds and execute the matter of migration of Board.
Supervised the Admission Cell.
Act as representative to interact with parents.
Responsible for interaction with Media, Stake holders, other social entities and
elements also.
As co-ordinator :-
Managing a company's front office and administrative tasks is part of a clerical position.
A clerk is in charge of maintaining order and efficiency in the office. On a daily basis,
pg. 24
clerks manage several tasks as opposed to just one duty. For instance, certain clerical
positions require the use of office machines including printers, fax machines, and
photocopiers as well as the organisation of files and the scheduling of appointments.
Handling data entry, bookkeeping, and attendance monitoring may also be required in
other jobs.
Depending on the breadth of their work and the industry, a clerk's specific responsibilities
may change. In a school or college, a clerk is in charge of administering admissions,
accepting student applications, and responding to student questions.
The talents you require to get the most out of life are referred to as "life skills." A life
talent is any ability that you can apply in your daily life. Most individuals find that being
able to tie their shoes, swim, drive a car, and use a computer are useful life skills. The
phrase "life skills" often refers to any of the abilities required to successfully navigate
life's challenges.
Therefore, it should be obvious that each person will likely have a unique list of the
abilities they believe are most important in life and those that they believe are not
required. Driving a car might be high on someone's list of necessities if they live in a
distant rural area.
pg. 25
The secret to become a leader who draws in exceptional talent is to elevate your own level
of excellence. Leadership is the capacity to entice someone to take advantage of the
opportunities, opportunities, and gifts you provide as an owner, manager, or parent. I refer
to the greatest difficulty in life as leadership.
You have to go the extra mile to develop into a strong, skilled leader with broad influence.
Some individuals mistake rudeness for power. It's not even a suitable replacement.
Being timid prevents you from living the high life. Some individuals confuse modesty
with shyness. The term humility almost sounds divine. an air of wonder. the feeling of
wonder. an understanding of the human spirit and soul. an awareness that, in contrast to
other aspects of existence, human drama is special. Understanding the gap between us and
the stars but still believing that we are a part of them is what it means to be humble.
Therefore, modesty is a virtue, whereas timidity is a disease. Being timid is a disease. It is
a problem, but it can be fixed.
Don't expect to lead a crucial project as an intern right away... at least not yet. You might
spend the first few weeks of your internship merely attempting to understand how the
business operates. You can work as a coworker's shadow to learn about the position. after
spending a day or a few days getting to know the business inside and out. Assisting and
contributing more to the squad will start to happen. Regardless of the type of internship
you've chosen, you'll be expected to learn as much as you can while you work. What kind
of education will you pursue? It can be divided into two categories.
Hard skills are the technical knowledge you need to properly complete your internship
obligations and, eventually, career responsibilities. Examples include developing
management abilities, technical skills, and an awareness of data analytics.
pg. 26
Both hard skills and soft skills are crucial. Soft skills are all about your interpersonal
communication and relationship-building talents. Examples include emotional
intelligence, drive, interpersonal abilities, listening skills, and effective communication.
To manage clients, not to mention get along with your employer and coworkers, you need
soft skills. Soft skills are essential for managing the workplace and may even help you
advance in your career. A word of advice: don't undervalue them.
To acquire experience.
To learn field work.
To learn social interaction.
Not for monetary benefits
To learn, issues related to Finance Management.
To learn the skill of fine leadership.
To have opportunities to use the skills and abilities.
To have feeling of inclusiveness.
To execute and to learn strategies in field work.
To learn scope for open interaction.
To have scope of growth opportunities.
To experience how to handle difficult tasks.
To execute purpose driven work.
Marketers can utilise a PR component to draw customer attention and awareness to a new
product or relaunch an old one through media placements and special events.
Stories in the media can encourage a specific audience to try the product, whether a PR
placement is a brief product article or is featured with other items in a "round up" article.
For instance, during the holiday season, PR may be used to advertise a particular holiday
cuisine through press releases issued to the food media or through special events that
pg. 27
feature product sampling. Customers can receive more detailed information about goods
and services through PR. PR provides information to customers through articles, collateral
materials, newsletters, and websites that might help them comprehend the product.
In order to bring something that requires many people or elements together as a whole,
things must be coordinated. For instance, a marketing campaign could involve projects for
market analysis, development, sales, and advertising. To accomplish the shared objective
of creating and marketing a product to consumers, each of these items must be put into
action at the same time. The coordination of these several divisions would fall under the
purview of the coordinator for the entire job.
The coordination of people is a typical coordinator duty. Many teams of individuals are
frequently required to perform a task, whether it be in a marketing campaign or the
stocking and ordering of new goods. The coordinator would follow up with each team
leader to make sure they were doing a good job. In order to discuss shared objectives and
generate strategies for accomplishing them, he may also have meetings with multiple
teams at simultaneously.

School coordinators are essential to the success of educational initiatives in schools. They
are in charge of leading the programme and making sure it is included into the school's
overall practises. School coordinators will report to the principal and be a part of the
senior leadership team at the school. They will have an impact on how coworkers and
other stakeholders in the school community think and act.
must recognise that creative teaching and learning is essential for increasing motivation,

throughout the school, incorporating all departments as necessary to actively incorporate
parents, governors, and other community members throughout the programme
to create, via communication with the larger school community, an inquiry-based strategy
that addresses a variety of topics pertinent to the school's and its students' broader
developmental needs and is connected to the school improvement plan. employing the
Creative School Growth Framework and other tools, to promote the long-term
development of creative teaching and learning at a structural and systemic level.
I have worked and rendered services as co-ordinator and PR manager whereby prioritizing
total involvement of the faculty in the institution for the institution . Creating and
maintaining favorable communicating programs through top rank authorities to various
department heads and further among other employees. Supervision of the allocated duties
and well-maintained execution of board examination duties were also done by me. I have
also assisted principal in office work where by handling and undertaking of CBSE Board
Exams. This was the most crucial part of the duty.
Since R.D. Khosla school is the top notch school in the Gurdaspur district. There was a lot
of work. Sometimes I had to stay in school till 7pm to complete the tasks given by CBSE
to the school. Along with this, school was also established as the centre of Board
examination for seven schools of the city and also among those seven, few schools which
are located at the outskirts of Batala city , so students of all these schools had to assemble
at R.D. Khosla School for taking their exams. So, handling the Board Examination in the
school premises was a challenging task.
School was also established as the Evaluation centre of Board Examination . The answer
sheets of various subjects were evaluated. In this entire process 89 teachers were deputed
as evaluators, AHE’S, HE’S who were from various other schools. I also performed my
duty as facilitator to Examination observer who was deputed as Examination head in our
school.
pg. 31
There were various tasks that comes under the execution of various projects :-
Assisted Principal in various CBSE workshops.
Supervised Admission Cell.
Handled various Orientation Programmes of teachers and students.
All new teachers are quickly and efficiently assimilated into the school's culture
throughout the six-day orientation programme, allowing for a seamless transition into the
school community.
The courses that are covered in this programme give new teachers the opportunity to
develop a thorough understanding of the philosophy, culture, principles of classroom
management, and teaching and learning procedures used at the NPS group of schools.
The Trainers providing the modules have clearly defined roles in their individual fields of
expertise and employ a mix of tried-and-true teaching strategies along with the most
recent instructional materials and cutting-edge learning technologies. Case studies, role
plays, hands-on activities, teacher presentations, and reflective assignments are all
incorporated into the sessions to make them more interactive and interesting.
Managing the stress that comes with studying can be challenging. It might be difficult for
students to pinpoint the sources of tension, which would make the issue worse.
Counseling is a terrific technique to help kids develop resilience so that they will confront
their difficulties head-on and develop as people rather than running away from them.
While overcoming obstacles is crucial, it's also crucial for students to know when to ask
for assistance. Counseling equips us with the ability to differentiate between difficulties
that may be managed on our own and situations that require us to seek assistance.
pg. 32
In order to realise their full potential both inside and outside of the classroom, students
need to have the confidence to do so. Having a balanced perspective on yourself and your
life is the secret to having a strong feeling of self-confidence. It involves being able to
take pleasure in your abilities while also admitting your flaws. Due to a tragic occurrence
in their past, some people struggle with poor self-esteem.
Counseling gives kids a sense of purpose, hope, and direction for the future, which helps
them endure in the face of obstacles and disappointments. It nudges kids to think
positively about themselves and their lives. Counseling may also assist kids in identifying
harmful practises that should be changed in order to lessen negativity. By educating the
children about the many facets of psychological health, it aids in cultivating a good
mindset in them.
Counseling assists students in sharing their ideas and beliefs in a nonjudgmental setting.
Most of the time, when kids withdraw in social settings, it's because they fear speaking
up. Counselors foster a friendly, accepting environment where kids feel comfortable
talking about their problems. Knowing they won't face condemnation, insult, or criticism
for having diverse sentiments and views gives them a sense of security.

Educating females opens to all educational perspectives that aim to enhance girls'
knowledge and experience. This includes general education in schools and universities as
well as professional, technical, and other types of education. The value of girl education
in our culture is well known here. Whether a guy or a girl, education is an essential
pg. 33
component of being a living being. A person may get wiser, learn new things, and become
knowledgeable about global issues with the help of education.
Since education is one of the quickest and most effective ways to promote economic
progress in any country, it is recognised as the foundation of our community. It is said to
hold the secret to ending female-targeted crime and poverty. Children's and women's
health concerns, child marriage, the emancipation of women at work and at home, and
climate change issues may all be improved by educating girls in a country at the top
schools in India.
A girl with an education can provide for her entire family. Girls should have a quality
education if Indian culture or the entire world is to advance. Girls are working harder on
some days to advance India and Indian society. Education for females is extremely
important in every zone of development. The administration and numerous non-
governmental groups launched a number of programmes to raise women's education
levels after realising the importance of it. Consequently, we may clearly see the
importance of girl education.
pg. 34
How are the advantages of prevention distributed among the four substances? Reductions
in cigarette use and alcohol misuse account for close to 40% and more than 25%,
respectively, of the societal benefit of prevention. Reduced cocaine usage accounts for the
majority of the remaining third of the value; decreased marijuana use only makes up a
very minor portion of the total.
CHAPTER 4
LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Through the means of this internship, I have been able to learn many skills working in the
institution has been a very productive, summative and fruitful venture as well as journey.
It provided me real life experience by working in the Institution as PR Manager and
working in the Institution taught me work according to the Empathy, Compassion and
Better Understanding.
I have learnt and experienced the skill of Adjustment. The need to adjust to one another
and nurture one another working in the Institution as PR Manager has provided me
invaluable professional experience and allowed me to test the theories and concept that I
was introduced to through college studies.
1. Self Reliance
University can help you gain independence to some level. You are urged to develop your
own solutions and course of action. However, using this talent in a classroom setting is
very different from using it in the business, and students grow more self-aware when there
is more at stake than simply their academic performance.
pg. 35
Employers get a pleasant and fuzzy feeling when they see that you can take on a work and
finish it on your own. It also helps you to recognise your own skills and limitations and
how to develop them appropriately.
2. Problem-solving skills
No company wants a worker who constantly runs into roadblocks while performing their
daily duties; they prefer someone who can take the initiative and look for their own
answers. Fortunately, being proactive and competent is much simpler when you have
some experience to support your intuition, so you won't need to rely on the shoulders of
your more experienced coworkers right away.
Making decisions regularly will also be beneficial to you in the future. Being able to
resolve problems with some degree of self-confidence will undoubtedly make you a
viable candidate if you have any intentions of working your way into a leadership role.
3. Maturity
You might not be aware of it at the moment, but you are still a young adult. Despite how
fantastic higher education is, you are still somewhat limited in who you can connect with
and learn about their histories and motives; you may not have had much exposure to the
"real world."
Working in a team with individuals who are vastly different from you in terms of age,
experience, and knowledge can significantly change your perceptions and give you the
opportunity to see things from a different perspective; this accelerated maturation will not
only put you in good stead for future employment but will also be very helpful to your
academic endeavours. Your personal growth will move quickly if you adopt a more
balanced outlook and begin to perceive the world outside of your own scholastic bubble.
4. Teamwork
pg. 36
If you don't get along with others, you should probably think about starting your own one-
person firm as collaboration is the cornerstone of every single successful business in the
world. You must develop group-working skills and an understanding that an individual's
abilities and flaws are only useful when combined to create something larger.
Give me an example of a time when you worked in a team is one of the few interview
questions that is sure to come up. You could be at a disadvantage versus people who have
done measurable, real-time initiatives in a working setting if your only examples in your
response are group projects or sports.
5. Organisation skills
University does teach you how to be organised, but it's one thing to fail a class because
you didn't leave yourself enough time to do a paper, and quite another when teams of
people from several departments (and outside businesses) are depending on you to present
a proposal by the deadline.
Even without using such extreme instances, it is a simple fact that time management in the
workplace is far more strict than it is in higher education. Work experience teaches
everything, from managing many duties and submitting everything on time and to a high
quality, to managing multiple tasks and being on time each day. It also teaches how to
cope with and prioritise the needs of various bosses.
6. Business etiquette
pg. 37
It may seem simple to know how to represent oneself in writing or over the phone, but
doing it wrong may make a bad impression that lasts a lifetime. For instance, there is
nothing more awkward than needing to be instructed on how to answer the phone
properly.
Therefore, gaining experience with how offices run and how people interact with one
another may offer you a head start; this might really set you apart from your competitors
