I. Community in Action: Program for Youth

II. RATIONALE

This activity is designed as one of the requirement of the following


researchers: Krystel Mae Satur, Christine Joy Ngag, and Ian Dave Aquino.
This is to improve the Community and the Family Engagement toward their
youth’s organized sports and health activities.

III. OBJECTIVES

This activity has a goal which is to empower the youth’s capacity and ability to
do a certain activity that benefits their self-improvement. This activity aims to
increase community and family engagement that is the major factor for their
youth’s welfare and motivation. And also, to help the youth increase their
interest in school or on their daily life and can boost confidence and self-trust
that can contribute to their own goal.

IV. METHODOLOGY

The Community in Action: Program for Youth will be conducted every


Saturday afternoon at Lake Sebu, South Cotabato.
The Program was planned by the research group of students form Sultan
Kudarat State University.

The participants are the respondents presented in the study which are the
youth of the said Municipality.

The Venue will be at the Gymnasium of Poblacion, Lake Sebu, South


Cotabato.

During the program, there will be group of people whom will be in-charge to
the program preferably the community involved personnel, every activities will
be facilitated by the responsible groups to be run smoothly and accordingly.
Every queries from teachers, students and participants will be entertained and
answered by the in-charge Coordinator and Officers.

The activity will funded by the in-charge researchers.

Aquino, the youths coming from the said barangay (Poblacion, Lake Sebu,
South Cotabato.) and the community leaders.

IX. EXPECTED OUTCOMES


The program planning has a goal which is to have a smooth flow activity
conduction. It is a 1-day activity. If ever unexpected technicalities happened,
there should be a quick response, adjustments and fixing of the problems.
Youths are expected to have their attendance and full participation to be passed
after the activity. Students are expected to enjoy from the said activity, and
expected for the activity to be continuously conducted for next coming weekends.
