1. What attributes do you look for in a company when you want to apply for a position?
2. What does your ideal role look like? Elaborate on the type of environment in which you would function
with enthusiasm and contribute positively to our team.
3. Describe a challenging situation you have faced recently at work, and how you tackled it.

Purpose and Excellence Driven


1. Talk me through a time when you had to implement a challenging and measurable goals for your team.
2. Describe a recent situation when you worked across departments successfully.
3. Give an example of an achievement which directly contributed to your department goals.

Focus and Goal Oriented


1. Tell me of a time you felt most proud of yourself.
2. When have you achieved a goal that seemed too big to achieve, what did you do to get there?
3. Discuss a time you failed to meet your goals. Why did this happen? What would you do differently?
4. What’s the best recipe for success?

Transparency
1. Tell me about a time when you had to communicate an unpopular decision that you made to your team.
How did you explain your decision? How was it received?

Time is Gold
1. Think of a time when you had both large and small projects to complete. How did you go about setting
priorities and completing those projects? What challenges did that present?

3. Give an example of a time when you took a known risk in order to achieve a work goal or objective.

Accountability
