Syed Asghar Abbas Nqvi has been granted pre-arrest bail by the court of Mr. Arshad Iqbal Additional Sessions Judge in Multan, Pakistan for case FIR No. 278/2001 dated 29.9.2001 under sections 21 (2) A, 23-B of the Agricultural Pesticides Ordinance 1971. The bail is valid until November 10, 2001, however the release order (Robkar) has not yet been issued due to non-submission of bail bonds or lack of court time, but will be issued once the bonds have been submitted.

Ordinance 1971 from the court of Mr. Arshad Iqbal Additional
Sessions Judge, Multan till 10.11.2001.
That Robkar could not be issued due to non-
submission of bail-bonds/shortage of court time. The proper
Robkar Shall be issued after submission of bail-bonds.
