The leader will then interpret the output
Using the same group, try to discuss with members and make a simple statement about:
There no longer exists a rigid separation between basic and applied research and
it is no longer possible to make a clear distinction between research topics and fields.
Give an example research concept that carries this idea
One example of research concept that carries this idea is the COVID-19 pandemic. We use
basic research in order for us to gather new information about this new type of virus and at
the same time, we use applied research in order for us to produce vaccines to solve this
pandemic.

The leader with the team will discuss the output…ask why you have chosen the
characteristics and what influenced you to write it
Generous

person
Respectful Helpful

Those written characteristics on the Semantic Graph are influenced by our experiences
and observations in our surroundings.
