GUIDE FOR STARTEK 2FA SETUP FOR MICROSOFT O365 &

CITRIX VDI
STEP-1:
Goto https://myaccount.microsoft.com

STEP-2:
Enter the Startek AD credentials and “Sign in”.

At the below screen Click “Next”

Select the “Mobile app” as an option and click “Next”

STEP-4:
Select the radio button for “Use verification code” as an option and click “Set up” button.

At below Screen, Click on “Configure app without notifications” and click “Next”

STEP-6:
At below Screen, capture the “Secret Key” which needs to be used in WinAuth configuration and click
“Next”

STEP-7:
At below Screen, the Mobile app setup is completed. click “Next” to continue.

STEP-8:
Now to get the verification code for 2FA authentication, we need to configure WinAuth.
Run the WinAuth.exe, click “Add” to continue.

Select “Microsoft” as an option

STEP-9:
At below Screen, update the Name: Startek_2FA

STEP-10:
Copy/Paste the Secret Key that has been stored (from Step – 6), Click on “Verify Authenticator”
to see the code and Click “OK”

STEP-11:
At the below Protection screen, Enter a complex password to protect access the WinAuth app.
Ensure the checkbox for “Encrypt to only be…..” and “And only by the current…..” to be
Enabled.
Ignore “Lock with Yubikey” option and Click “OK”

Now you are ready to use “WINAUTH”, click on the refresh and the token gets displayed.

STEP-12:
Back on the Microsoft Page, Enter the code in the verification code tab.

At the below screen, enter the phone number for recovery of 2FA

STEP-14:
At the below screen, enter the code to verify the 2nd factor authentication.
