Carriage means a wheeled vehicle used for the horizontal movement and support of other equipment. Certification means a written, signed and dated statement confirming the performance of a requirement of this section, Combination cable means 2 cable having both steel structural members capable of supporting the platform, and copper or other electrical conductors. This inspection and test shall follow procedures recommended by the manufacturer, and shall be made by a competent person. s910.66(0)(3X0) ‘The building owner shall keep a certification record of each inspection and test Performed under paragraph (g)(3)(i) of this section. The certification record shall include the date of the inspection and test, the signature of the person who performed the inspection and/or test, and an identifier for the platform installation which was inspected.
