1. Supply of installation of AC pipe. Item includes LS PCS Ls
cutting a hole through the wall, if necessary,
tapes, clips and all materials needed to finish.
2. Supply and All painting work of wall and LS PAIL LS
ceiling using Jotun white paint. Item includes
taping, sanding, putty works, primer and topcoats
and all material needed to finish.
3. Removal of existing wallpaper. Item includes LS No. LS
scraping, compound application on the wall and
all materials needed to finish.

GRAND TOTAL AMOUNT: AED 7,000 ONLY

Terms and Agreement:


1. 75% Down Payment upon confirmation of this quotation, 20% upon material delivered and 5% balance to be paid
upon work completion (Turnover of the Project)
2. Team mobilization, delivery of materials and work shall commence on the site once the advanced payment is
received.
3. All jobs are in accordance with the scope of work, as agreed and specified above, any changes outside the
specified work or additional work will be considered as variation and it will be an additional cost to be determined
separately.
4. Sufficient space for storage of materials on site should be provided by the client.
5. Artville Technical Services reserves the right to withhold any activity on site in case of delayed payments of more
than 3 working days
6. Dewa consumption in the process of execution of this work shall be borne by the client.
7. Any government related requirements in execution of this work shall be for the client’s account.
8. This quotation is valid only until 30 September 2022. All prices are subject for a change upon expiry of this
quotation.
