safety and reliability of the crane.

6. Before dynamic compaction works all of them should have to


know hammer weight and hammering weight, proceed lifting
permit should be arranged including dynamic compaction
PTW

7. Without having lifting permit cannot works start. Lifting


permit will issuing by ACJV HSE department after the inspect
the machine and work condition.

8. Before commence the dynamic compaction works machine


operator, rigger and supervisor must inspect the underneath
ground condition.

9. If ground condition unstable, cannot work proceed in that area.

10. If machine working in muddy surface using at least 2 metal


plates is mandatory. Metal plates should use in opposite
direction of the crawler crane track line underneath.

11. If wind speed is greater than or equal to six levels of 10.8 m / s


or poor visibility condition should stop all operations.

12. Operator must aware rigger position all the time as well as

machine swing area.

13. Operator and rigger must familiar with hand signal for
communication.

14. While dynamic compaction in progress, not allowed to cross


the barricaded area any other person.

15. The crawler crane is strictly prohibited to walk in uneven


places. When there is a height difference, the on-site
engineering department personnel are required to repair the
slope before driving. It is strictly forbidden to drive on the
unsloping slope and the soil is soft, so as to avoid the crawler
crane overturning.

16. When the dynamic compaction operation it must maintain a


distance of at least 30m from any barriers or buildings.

17. Rains creates wet and slippery ground, loose and landslides
situation. When the soil is loose and could cause danger to the
crane stability dynamic compaction works must be stopped.

18. During thunderstorms stop lifting operation immediately is


mandatory. Moreover, in strong wind decrease the weight of
the safe working load to improve safety. If the wind intensifies
dynamic compaction work must be stopped.

19. Operator cannot leave from machine cabin when machine is


switch on.

20. It is highly prohibited to give the machine to operate for the


rigger under any situation.

Use only suitable wire ropes slings and never use damage wire
rope slings.
During lifting safe working load cannot exceed.
Regular inspection must be conducted.
If more than one wire rope sling is use in lifting need to pay
attention to the angle between the slings.
The distance between the cable’s clips shall be the same as
well the direction of installation should be correct.
