In this analysis, a pugh matrix was done on the following online shopping apps: Shopee,
Lazada, Zalora, Shein, and BeautyMnl to determine the best online shopping app based on
experience. Shopee was selected as the benchmark compared to the other four online shopping
apps.

Five criteria were determined: Seller response/Customer service, Delivery Options, User
Interface Design, Security, and Authenticity of products. Regarding seller response/customer
service, Zalora and Shein are better, while Lazada and BeautyMnl are worse than Shopee. For
delivery options, all the other four online shopping apps are worse than Shopee. In addition,
Lazada is worse than Shopee, while Zalora, Shein, and BeautyMnl are better for the user
interface design. In terms of the security and authenticity of products, Shopee and Lazada are
similar. Moreover, Zalora and BeautyMnl are better, while Shein is worse than Shopee.
With all the criteria considered, Zalora is the best online shopping app among the five
apps, followed by BeautyMnl, Shopee, Lazada, and Shein.

Based on customer service, Lalamove, and Grab are better than J&T, while Shopee
Express and Ninjavan are worse. Regarding the delivery fee and time, Grab is better than J&T,
while the others are worse than J&T. For user interface design, Shopee Express is worse than
J&T, while the others are better. In terms of handling of parcels, all four delivery apps are better
than J&T. In addition, Grab is worse than J&T, while the other three are better in terms of ease
of use.

Overall, Lalamove is the best delivery app among the five, followed by Grab, Ninjavan,
Shopee Express, and J&T being the last.
