Prize Money :: Rs. 15 Lakhs (Fifteen lakhs only)

Events :: Boys Singles, Girls Singles, Boys Doubles, Girls Doubles &Mixed Doubles in

Each Member Association shall be entitled quota of entries as mentioned below.
The Member Associations have to claim the quota by specifying the entries and
additional entries while sending their entries :

 BAI & BWF eligible ranked players should send their entries through the respective Members
Associations only before the last date of entry.

 In case of absentees further ranked players are not eligible in their quota.

• The Host .Association is eligible to participate in this year’s Team Championships.

Team Championship
Inter- Zonal Inter State Team Championship shall be played as per regulations
already circulated and given in BAI Website.

Age of eligibility :: Born on or after 1st January 2005

Entries :: 22nd August 2023.

Closing Date The Entries shall be received by BAI as per the existing system with a copy to Org.
Secretary. The entries are to be received through Affiliated Units only at
[email protected] (Direct entries from the Players will not be accepted)

Mode of Competition :: All matches shall be played on best of three games of 21 points in rally point system.

Regulations :: The BAI Competition Regulations and General Competition Regulations shall be
applicable. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Tournament Referee will be
final.

Clothing :: Players must comply with Regulations as per norms.

Main Draw List :: First Main List will be published on 26th August 2023.

The list of participants in order of strength will be displayed on BAI website.

It shall be the responsibility of the affiliated units and the players to ensure
that all the entries forwarded by the Affiliated Units appear in the published List. If
there is any omission, the selected player/s concerned immediately should contact their
State Units and the State Units immediately to inform BAI about the omission for
proper rectification. After the Last date for withdrawals, no complaints shall be
entertained for omission of any entry. BAI will not be responsible for any omissions
of names thereafter.

Withdrawals :: 29th August 2023.

If there are any withdrawals after the close of entries, it shall be intimated to BAI
immediately by the Affiliated Units before the closing date of withdrawal.

Draw :: Inter State Draw will be made on 6 th September 2023 at Managers Meeting.
Individual Draw will be made on 8th September 2023 at Managers Meeting in the
Venue in presence of Organizers, Managers/Coaches of Affiliated Units and Players.

There may be changes as may be decided by Referee in consultation with persons
concerned.

PROTEST :: The fees for lodging protest of any kind shall be Rs. 5000/-This fees shall be retained
by the Organizer of the event. Any protest shall be addressed to the Org. Secretary in
writing within one hour after completion of the match or 4 hours before
commencement of the match

TOURNAMENT :: The President, BAI may nominate Three (3) Members to the Tournament Committee.
NT COMMITTEE
4 members shall be nominated by the Host Affiliated Unit.

Hon’ble President, Hon’ble General Secretary and Chairman, TC& Convenor TC, shall
be the EX- officio Members of Tournament Committee.

FACILITIES The organizers shall be responsible to provide free hospitality to the participating
players, officials from each member Associations as under:

manager and coach
For additional player Rs:1000/- per day per head

Inter Zonal Team Winners Two (2) Additional members apart from above

The Host Affiliated Unit shall provide free Lodging & Boarding facilities for the
Tournament days + One (1) day before. Lodging & Boarding shall be provided
upto 12 Noon of the following day of the completion of the Tournament. A.C
Accommodation will be provided by the Organizers on twin sharing basis only.

Every Member Association team taking part in the Nationals shall be responsible for
all expenses incurred for their travel and other incidental expenses. Local Transport
shall be provided by the organizers.

Member Associations are requested to inform the travel details along with the list of
members to the Organising Secretary well in advance for making suitable
arrangements.
 EQUIPMENT :: As per contractual agreement with Yonex/Sunrise, some agreed number of
SPONSOR: Shuttlecocks and T Shirts will be provided for the tournament. Additional
shuttlecocks, if required shall be purchased by the Organizer.

Sponsorship guidelines will be forwarded separately and the same shall be strictly
adhered to by the organiser.

LINE JUDGES :: Its mandatory for Organizers to provide line judges.
