I have 8 years of professional experience as a QC inspector and Site Supervisor

Responsibility and Duties :
 Review and Approval of Project specifications, Procedures, Method
statements, ITP (Inspection and Test Plan). To implement QC
procedures and test inspection plan for the project. And ensure that
the work is done as per approved drawings.
 Experience in Quality Control works & quality assurance those
products and supplies companies with the relevant standards that
exit in the execution of the project.
 Co-ordinate to various disciplines Engineers on site and must
implement the directions of the client representatives.
 It is the prime duty to hold any activities not complying with the
approved standards and specification.
 Inspection of excavation, compaction, and Field Density Test
(FDT) prior to lean concrete work.
 Inspection of Form and Reinforcement work for footings and
foundation prior to concrete and giving clearance for concrete
work.
 Attending weekly and monthly quality meetings with client.
 Monitoring the concrete pouring work including air content test,
slump test and temperature of concrete and also ensure that enough
number of vibrators are used for concrete work.
 Monitoring and inspection of honey comb rectification on
concreted area prior to surface preparation.
 Inspection of pipeline trench excavation and backfilling works.
 Inspection of surface preparation for the footings, pedestals,
foundations and retaining wall prior to the application of water
proof bituminous coat.
 Inspection of water proof bituminous coat applications on
foundations and giving clearance for back filling.
 Reporting any kind of non-conformities report (NCR) to the
Quality Control Supervisor.
 Inspection of cast in site piling works which includes survey point,
rebar inspection and concrete pouring. Witnessing and monitoring
grouting activity after completion of structural and mechanical
works.
 Preparing weekly report of inspection activities.
 Ensure that project construction activities are conducted in
accordance with quality system.
 Experience in Quality Control Works and quality assurance for the
products with the relevant standards.
 Working in preparation of padding arrangement, Elevation
checking.
 Inspection of works carried out by contractor and use surveillance
report to document both works found at the time of inspection.
 Coordination with client and contractor, attending weekly and
monthly QC meetings. Conducting the monthly audit of sub
contractor's documents.
 Issuance of NCR/ Quality observations for quality control as per
standards, codes and specifications: Issuance of pro-active
notifications to the construction.
 Maintain a well-organized filing system for the Department in
accordance with Quality System.
 Responsible for the execution of technical and construction aspect
of the project.
 Also responsible for the co-ordination and implementation project
activities.
 Review all construction drawings to ensure that they contain the
necessary quality related requirements prior to release for
construction.
 Responsible for assuring compliance with the approved quality
control plan for all construction, inspection & testing activities at
the site.
 Verify all samples, certificates of laborites and field test and maintain
all filling system for all quality control procedures, record,report etc.
 Prepare and supervise the quality assurance plan for different
projects and insured the proper implementation of procedures at
projects sites.
 Inspection of concrete pavement and asphalt pavement.
 Inspection and witnessing grouting according to manufacturer's
recommendations.
