Dealing even with the smallest spark from a welding tool or other sources can ignite a fire if allowed to come into
contact with any of the volatile gases or liquids present on an oilfield that can cause a fire.
Explosions may erupt as the flames spread to storage tanks, pipelines, and any other infrastructure that holds or carries
hazardous substances
Causing the well’s pressure control system fails, resulting in an uncontrolled release of oil, gas and with any simple
contact with a spark can led in an explosion.
Possible Accident
Explosion and fire in oil and gas fields can cause the death of workers and wells.
The blowout of wells ca cause environmental issues like air and water pollution.
Explosion and fire sometimes may not cause death on other hand may cause deep injures for workers and they may loss
parts of their bodies.
Explosion and fire cause the spreading of toxic gases and chemical substances.
Review and discuss work activities to make sure you are familiar with the fire and/or explosion hazards and the controls in place.
Establish barriers, or zones, and stay out of areas that could contain flammable liquids, vapors, and/or gases. These areas include the
wellhead, tanks (including produced fluid tanks), heater-treaters, tanker trucks, hot oilers, and other equipment and lines connected
to the process.

By improving the awareness of workers about the hazardous issues would occur in work place.
Workers must be trained through similar conditions of any hazardous problems in place .
Checking and maintenance for all equipment are used in work place.
