exam will only be visible for one session only as per the timetable.
Session 09:00am – 12:00pm:
The exam will only be available to students from 08:30 am for students to read the
description and instructions of the exam – they will only be able to start their attempt
at 09:00am. The exam will then close at 12:00pm and will be hidden from students

If a student does not submit their answers within their attempt duration, the system
will automatically save their responses for the questions that they manage to complete.

Do’s and Don’ts during Examination:

If students attempt an exam late, they will not have 3 hours to complete their attempt.
Example: If a student starts the exam at 11:30 am, he/she will be allocated 30
minutes to complete the exam, the system will automatically save all the questions
that they have answered and will close the exam at 12:00 pm.
Students must not open the exam in multiple tabs as the system will not save their
answers. They should go through the exam one page at a time on one tab. To ensure
that the system saves their answers on that page, they must use the next and previous
button or the quiz navigation panel to navigate the exam.

out of the App before using the browser method.
Before the exam begins - If a student is reading the description or is in the module of
the exam, kindly advise them to refresh that page at 09:00 am/13:00pm so they can see
the Attempt Button to start the exam.
If a student does not see the exam under the within their module at exactly 08:30am
for session one or 12:30pm for session 2, they need to immediately send their query to
[email protected] for the Moodle team to assist accordingly.
Students that may experience technically difficulties during the exam, should contact
their lecturers/DL Administrators. Lecturers/DL Administrators can then forward the
query to [email protected] were Moodle team will assist to make the necessary
changes, as the can only do this after it has been authorised by them.
