Instructions

Out of box audit

Before unpacking, please check the box for damage. When opening the box, please check if the attached Instruction
manual and certificate of qualification are complete, and please check if any parts of the lamp is damaged or loose.

Notice:
1. Please read the instruction manual carefully before using the product to avoid damage or accident.
2. Lights should be handled with care.
3. The light should be wired correctly.,
4. The light is not suitable for direct installation on the surface of ordinary combustible materials.
5. Please check the fixture carefully before installation. If any abnormal condition, please contact us .
6. Make sure the lamps are intact before the installation
7. Screws and bolts must be fastened tightly and reliably when installation
8. Installation requires guidance from qualified personel. It could be used outdoors.
Make sure the foundation can support the luminaire.
9.The light source in this luminaire must be replaced by the staff of supplier, the designated
agent, or the similarly qualified electrician only
10. This product is maintenance-free and generally does not require maintenance. Please contact us if you need
maintenance.

Transportation and storage

1. During the transportation process, the lights are not allowed to be subjected to violent mechanical impact and
exposure to rain, and they must not be turned upside down, rolling or under heavy pressure.
2. The lamps should be stored in an ambient temperature of 0℃~40℃, in a dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse with
no corrosive media, and should be kept away from fire and heat sources.

Assembly steps:
1. According to the unpacking instructions, take out all the lamp accessories and place them on a flat table;
2. The assembly method of the All in one type (20~50W) : open the cover on the hoop bracket, tighten the 4 M8 fastening screws, then lock the cover on the
hoop bracket with screws, and rotate the camera to the card holder (Note: The camera is optional), and finally install it on the lamp body with reference to
the integrated hoop bracket.
Wiring : Connect each wires of the power supply cable to the input wires of the lamp correspondingly, and the input wires of the lamp: brown to the power
grid L (fire wire), blue to the power grid N (zero line), yellow-green wire to the power grid G (ground wire ), and wrap with fire-resistant insulating tape
according to safety regulations. (This wiring scheme is applicable to AC driver type).

Installation steps:
1. Loosen the machine screws fixed on the hoop bracket ;
2. In the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, align the mouth of the fixed hoop bracket with the pole, and slowly slide the pole to the top . ( hoop
bracket angle can be adjusted by ±15°, metal plate angle cannot be adjusted) .
3. Check the level bubble below the lamp. Rotate the light fixture to keep it parallel to the road direction. Tighten 4 machine screws, and finally tighten 4
fastening nuts.

Assembly steps:
1. According to the unpacking instructions, take out all the lamp accessories and place them on a flat table;
2. The assembly method of the All in one type (60~120W) : connect the wires between the solar panel and the lamp body, then open the upper cover of the
lamp body, fasten it to the solar panel with screws, lock the lamp with butterfly screws, and install it on the lamp body with reference to the integrated hoop
bracket.
Wiring : Connect each wires of the power supply cable to the input wires of the lamp correspondingly, and the input wires of the lamp: brown to the power
grid L (fire wire), blue to the power grid N (zero line), yellow-green wire to the power grid G (ground wire ), and wrap with fire-resistant insulating tape
according to safety regulations. (This wiring scheme is applicable to AC driver type).

2. Open the cover on the hoop bracket, tighten the 4 M8 fastening screws, then lock the cover on the hoop bracket with screws, and rotate the camera to the
