NOTES:
1. Please note we will provide only supervision for Overhauling/Servicing work and we have quoted rates as
'per Manday' basis only.
2. Manpower, Tools & Tackles will be provided by DMRC.
3. Any items/Spares required other than above listed spares during Overhauling/Servicing will be on
chargeable basis.
Commercial Terms and conditions
a. Prices: Our prices as quoted are FIRM and are inclusive of normal commercial packing. Our offer is on Ex-works
basis.
b. FREIGHT: Extra At Actual.
c. GST: Extra as applicable at the time of supply. Present rate is @18%.
d. Delivery: Shall complete within 08-10 weeks from the date of receipt of your P.O.
 e. Validity: Our offer shall be valid for your acceptance for a period of 30 days from the date hereof.
f. Payment: Supply: 100% payment along with 100% taxes, duties etc. to be paid against proforma invoice prior to
dispatch.
Payment: Service: 100% payment along with 100% taxes, duties etc. to be paid immediately after submission of
bills
g. HSN Code: HSN Code for Isolator Spares shall be 85389000.
