1. Tell me about yourself

= My name is . I am years old. I am currently living in Palembang. I have an


educational background in accounting, coupled with years of practical experience in financial
analysis and an. I've been loving related to accounting since I was in high school.

2. How did you learn about this job vacancy?

= I read about this job opening through the company's career website. I often search for job vacancies
on various websites and happened to come across this vacancy that matched my qualifications

3. Why do you want to join this company?

= I see this opportunity as a way to contribute to a fast-moving company and I feel I can do it with my
skills and knowledge

4. What do you like to do in your free time outside of work?

=In my free time i enjoy taking a break from the world by just It's a great way for me to unwind and
recharge after a long day or week.

5. In what ways do you believe you can add value to this company?

=I believe that my skills in accounting can greatly contribute to this company's success

6. Tell me about your education?

= I graduated from SMK 5 PALEMBANG

7. Do you work well with people?

= I am skilled at communicating with diverse people across all platforms phone, email, and in-person

= I am probably best at researching for marketing purposes

= I am a patient listener and clear communicator, which is essential to being a sales representative

= I tend to get bored easily and so love to keep myself challenged

=It's when I completed my job properly on time and hit the target. when I see my boss, clients, or
company satisfied with my work, I'm also satisfied

12. Where do you see yourself five years from now?

=By then I will have improved my skills and become more independent in what I do so that I can achieve
a higher position

13. Would you be open to business travel if required?

=Yes I am willing to travel for work as needed. I understand that business trips may be required to meet
with clients or attend important meetings and I am prepared to accommodate those needs

14. How do you like to be managed?

= The bosses I've worked best with in the past have set clear, concise, and realistic goals and
expectations. I'm Highly motivated by deadlines and being a part of not just my team's success but the
whole company's, so working with someone who takes both of these things seriously and ties them back
to everything they do allows me to perform at my best.

15. When can you start?

=While my ideal start is tomorrow, I do have some flexibility, and I'd be happy to figure out a date that
works with your timeline

= Standard salaries here range from Rp 5.000.000 - Rp 6.000.000

= Employees are encouraged to work together. Hierarchy isn't a priority here. Instead, each employee is
encouraged to voice their thoughts and engage with everyone, regardless of their position or seniority.

Dwi Mahendra brings extensive strategic experience. while Suci Nadine has a remarkable background in
data analytics.
Manager: I see, it's a diverse pool of candidates, each with their own strengths. during the interviews
let's not only focus on their skills but also asses their personalities and potential fit within our company
culture

Secretary: Okay Mrs
