With the fast changing world, teachers need to be updated with the new teaching techniques to
meet the demands of the new generation. With this, teachers are encourage to pursue their

conference is done at the office and even one on one consultation with the teachers and assisting
the teachers for better teaching-learning situation. BNHS also puts emphasis on a joint venture
between the school and the community.
Hence, teachers take an active part in encouraging parents to assume more active roles for the
children's advantage and for the school in the general.
Teachers encourage their students to do their best in terms of sharing their time and expertise by
the time the community demands it.
In this way, the school can somehow do its share for the development of the community so that,
the stakeholders will also take their part for the school.
"Although Burgos NHS still lacks the needed school facilities and other important resources, it
is definitely on its way to meet the battle cry of the Department of Education, which is "Quality
