and information before asking a Staff Member for assistance. If you have any

Guidelines
Along with following the Coast rules and guidelines, ROBLOX Terms Of Service must
be followed as well.
❖ Always respect all members of the group. Bullying other group members will
not be tolerated.
❖ Do not discriminate against ANYONE for any reason such as race, gender,
religion, sexuality, ethnicity, etc. Treat others how you expect to be treated.
❖ There are no refunds on all gamepasses and developer products purchased.
❖ Bypassing the chat filter to use foul language is strictly prohibited.
❖ No self-advertising or promoting on any of Coast’s platforms.
❖ Discussion of morbid 18+ topics is strictly prohibited.
❖ Do not disrespect any Staff Members in any way, shape, or form.
❖ There will be zero tolerance for exploitation on any open server.
❖ Bypassing any of these rules will not be tolerated.
Low Ranks are expected to issue one warning to anyone who is breaking these
guidelines before reporting the situation to a Staff Assistant+.
Rank Information
Low Ranks
1 | Coast Customer
The players with this rank are the community members of Coast.
2 | Noted Customer
If you are a Noted Customer that means that you have a special meaning for Coast,
feel flattered! Most of the people who have the Noted Customer rank are people that
donated to the group or helped us during our journey, however, not all the people get
the chance to receive this rank!
3 | Contractor
We use this rank for those people who helped at developing Coast but have stayed
for a short time and we do not require them anymore.
4 | Former Staff
This rank goes to those people who put dedication and effort in our group as a
Middle Rank or Executive Rank but they decided to resign on good terms and they
do not have a bad history within Coast environment.
5 | Affiliate Representative
Reserved for our alliance representatives to represent their group within our
community and are important members of their respective communities.
6 | Trainee
You passed your quiz at the Application Center! Your next step to become a proper
Beginner Server is to attend a Training Session and pass to start working in our
restaurant.
7 | Beginner Server
As a Beginner Server, you can work in the kitchen and serve people at any time. You
are not required to use grammar unless you are greeting your Customers.
8 | Intermediate Server
You’re becoming more experienced at working at the restaurant. Continue to work in
the kitchen and serve other people always following the guidelines!
9 | Experienced Server
At this point, you’re getting the hang of each of the things to do in the restaurant.
You should be understanding the cooking system and you are far more superior than
your fellow workers.
10 | Kitchen Leader
You should be an expert at all the different tasks in the restaurant, you know how it
all works. Your job is to make sure that all workers are doing their job correctly and
help out any staff members who are in need of assistance. Be sure to help out in the
kitchen and counters for struggling staff and assist them when needed.
Middle Ranks
11 | Management Intern
Management Interns are Kitchen Leaders who have proven themselves through their
dedication, effort and passed MR Applications or have been recommended.
Management Interns undergo a certification process where they are assigned
different stages that trains and prepares them throughout the process to become a
Certified Management Member. They have worked extremely hard for this rank and
all ranks below must follow the orders of Management Intern, as they are permitted
to request demotions for a LR.
12 | Staff Assistant
Those who are Staff Assistants have successfully passed the Management Intern
Certification process. Staff Assistant is the second management rank at Coast. They
are allowed to train, assist, and spectate at Training Sessions. They can also
supervise at the restaurant but are unable to ban users. Here is where they start
their path within the Coast Management Team!
13 | Supervisor
These people have proven they have leadership skills, dedication to Coast and have
put effort into the Coast Community. They have already been Staff Assistant for a
couple of weeks and they are ready to become a professional Management Member.
They can spectate, assist, train, co-host, or host at Training Sessions. They can also
supervise at the restaurant and ban users.
14 | Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager’s are a step closer to the highest Middle Rank. They are able to
do many things at this rank. Along with their previous responsibilities they are now
able to host game-night for our entire community and have the ability to pban users.
They are expected to be active in the restaurant and accommodate anyone who is in
need of help, whether it’s in our Communication Server or restaurant.
15 | Manager
Managers are the last Management rank, after this rank our Executive Team begins.
Managers are in charge of monitoring the restaurant, making sure trainings runs
smoothly, moderating the Discord Server, and being a good role model for the ranks
below them. They can take on any role during Training Sessions and do anything the
other management ranks can. They are allowed to take part in OTD’s, MI trials,
demoting LR’s, and many more things.
Executive Ranks
16 | Executive Assistant
Hand-selected by the Owner and SHR’s at Coast, Executive Assistants are tasked
with the general operation and function of Coast. Their job is to help their Head of
Corporation in making plans for the Department they work at. There are two
departments at Coast so their tasks will vary depending on which department they
belong in. The Executive Assistant rank is one of the hardest ranks to achieve at
Coast and is only given to those who have done a truly amazing job and have
proven their loyalty with close to a year or more of service. Executive Assistants are
expected to know all about their department and be willing to help out anyone in
need of help.
17 | Employment Coordinator
The Employment Coordinator is part of the Human Resource Department. This
department is in charge of hiring/recruiting new staff members into the Coast Team.
They are also in charge of keeping track of promotions, demotions, weekly
overviews, and Staff Member's ranks. This department additionally deals with
Management Applications, Certification Trials, Recommendations, Ban/Term
appeals. This department is in charge of overseeing and managing staff member's
weekly activity. They keep track of staff members weekly performance,
requirements, and overall manage the progress of the Management Team.
19 | Head of Corporation
The Head of Corporation rank is the head of the entire Relations and Human
Resource Department. The Executive Director is in charge of managing the
operations in the Human Resource or Public Relations Department. They also are in
charge of managing the staff members within their department.
20 | Developer
This rank goes to those people who have put an enormous and a lot of dedication
into developing Coast platforms on ROBLOX. They are exceptional people with
amazing skills.
21 | Vice President
This rank is in charge of overseeing all departments to ensure everything is running
smoothly. They are involved in the human resources and relations department.
Along with development of the group/game and everything else. They are to make
sure the entirety of the group is operating smoothly. They are in charge of running
the Community and all of the platforms related to Coast.
22 | Owner
The President is the owner of the group and is in charge of all operations. The
President mainly focuses on the development portion of the group.
Trainings
General Information & Tips
In order to receive a promotion as a Low Rank (Trainee - Experienced Server), it is
mandatory to attend and pass a Training Session. Coast Training Sessions are
hosted on a daily basis. Please refer to the following times listed below.
❖ Please, arrive at the training center 5-15 minutes before the training time. The
training servers will get locked one minute before the Session starts. (X:59)
❖ Please, plan on staying the entire session as you are only given a limited
amount of time to go AFK during the session. If you are AFK for too long, you
will get removed from the server, and you will not be able to get promoted for
that session.
❖ The Training Session consists of 2 stages for Trainees. These stages are
known as Basic Knowledge and Ordering Simulation.
❖ The Training Session consists of 2 stages for Beginner and Intermediate
Server. These stages are known as Ordering Simulation and Trolling
Simulation.
❖ Experienced Servers will go through Ordering Simulation, Exploiting
Simulation and Kitchen Leader Course once they pass the previous stages we
mentioned.
❖ Trainees are expected to acquire a total of 2/3 points to pass, Beginner and
Intermediate Servers need a total of 2/2 points to pass. Lastly, Experienced
Server needs a total of 5/5 points to pass.
❖ Grammar is not needed, you will only be required to use grammar while
introducing or greeting your Customers at the Lobby. Besides that, we do not
ask you to use grammar but whatsoever you say it needs to be
comprehensible.
❖ If you pass the session, do NOT leave the Training Center until you are
dismissed by your trainer. If you leave before getting dismissed and you
weren’t ranked yet, you will not be able to receive a promotion.
❖ If you happen to fail a Training Session, do not give up! There will be many
other opportunities to pass!

What’s not expected from a KL (Kitchen Leader): One of the main things you
should NOT do as a KL is seeking attention, hinting for a promotion, or trying to act
superior to others. Engaging in a toxic environment or doing what you are not
supposed to do will reduce your chances of becoming an MR (Middle Rank) at Coast.
Acting as an MR or “impersonating” an MR will decrease your chances of being
accepted into the Management Team. (Example: using admin commands that you
do not have access to, supervising at the grill when there are registers open). Trying
to bypass any of these rules will result in termination.
Affiliate Information
General Alliance Standards
❖ Must have a minimum of 30,000 unbotted Group Members who are all
significantly active in the community.
❖ Staff members of the group must be able to retain a certain standard of
professionalism.
❖ Selling MRs+ ranks is prohibited unless permitted by an accredited Coast
Public Relations Department Member.
❖ The group must have a communications server with a minimum of 1,500
members.
❖ It is preferred that the group have 2 available representatives to join the Coast
Discord Server.
❖ The group must not have any faux assets such as copied assets from other
groups, clothing.
❖ The group must be well organized and put together, more information listed in
the expectations section.
Alliance Expectations
❖ All of Coast’s events must be announced on your Communications Server if
requested to do so.
❖ Any affiliate staff must maintain general professionalism standards while
present on any of Coast’s platforms, including the Discord server, Group Wall,
as well as any group games or social media.
● Any large scandals and drama between members of the group is strictly
prohibited. Any form of drama or scandals will result in an immediate warning
and possible termination.
● We are looking for indicators well organized and put together groups e.g.
formatted documents, thoroughly reviewed applications, mature staff etc.
Application Rules
Use proper grammar and professionalism throughout the whole application. We are
interested in trying to visualize what your community is like, so be sure to include
plenty of details describing it. Make sure answers are concise and directly answer
the question, so be sure to avoid any side tracking.
Application Information
When filling out an application, it can either be done in two ways. The first option
available is to copy and paste the questions on a Google document and answer the
questions there. The second option is to write your responses to the questions in a
DM to a Public Relations Coordinator, however keep in mind it may require multiple
messages, as there is a 2000 character limit for discord messages.

8. If you could generalize your group’s reputation throughout the community,
how would you describe it?
9. How can our alliance benefit your group, as well as ours?
10.What expectations do you have for our group if the alliance is formed?
11.Will your group be able to fulfill all of the alliance expectations listed in the
Alliance Information Document?
12.Have you read and thoroughly understand all of the rules, expectations, and
standards of our alliances?

Ban/Termination Appeal
If you are a user who has been banned at Coast or have gotten terminated from
your rank and feel that you’ve been wrongfully banned or terminated, please fill out
the termination or ban appeal survey through our Google Form. You will receive a
reply within 30 days on our Communications Server or via Roblox messages from
the user “CoastGrillManagement” if your appeal is approved. If you do not receive a
reply, it means your appeal was denied.

Blacklists
Blacklists take place for different reasons, it could be for:
❖ Being rude, disrespectful or unprofessional.
❖ Abusing commands.
❖ Excessive impersonation.
❖ Hinting for a HR or MR promotion.
❖ Lying about being a MR or HR.
Once you’ve been blacklisted, it means you won’t be able to join any of Coast
platforms or apply to become a MR (Middle Rank) unless you appeal your blacklist.
Here are the requirements for blacklist appeals:
It would usually take at least a week to come to a decision. The Human Resource
Department will vote on your appeal and decide if you are ready to be appealed.
If your blacklist is declined, you’re welcome to appeal again, you can only appeal
twice after your first declination. After your third declined blacklist, you will be
permanently blacklisted and won’t be able to appeal.
Management Duties
As a member of the Management Team at Coast, you will have duties &
requirements that you must complete each week. To meet these requirements, you
will have to supervise at the restaurant, attend Training Sessions, and more. In order
to do this, you must be professional, respectful, active, have good communication
skills, and dedicate yourself to Coast. Further information about the Management
Team’s Requirements & Guidelines will be given to you when you are a part of the
Management Team.
Certification Trial
Please, note that you will go through a Certification Trial upon passing and being
accepted into the Management Team. We ask that you do not ask to be promoted
continuously if you pass. You will be given the Management Intern rank in the
Discord and the group until you complete the Certification Process. Once accepted,
you must continue to be professional at all times within the Coast games and public
community. Further procedures and information about the process will be discussed
in the future. We’re counting on you to set a good example for Coast and fulfill the
duties that are asked of you.
