2. Which personality traits have contributed to your achievements?

The leadership because the capacity to set a clear vision, understand corporate culture,
focus on performance growth, and stimulate innovation are all factors that influence goal
achievement.

3. What are your major accomplishments in your last job? In your life?

My main accomplishments in my previous employment were to ensure the workers' safety


and health. Nobody is an accident, and the project is completely finished. And my life goal is to be
strong and independent in order to succeed in my careers or objectives.

4. What do you think would be your special qualifications and skills for the job that you are
applying for?

Negotiation skills and math solutions are my specific qualities and skills for the position that
I am seeking for. Because this position is related to math and entrepreneurship, I am confident that
my skills will be beneficial to both myself and the organization.

Respectful treatment towards all employees

6. What is the most difficult decision you have ever made?

The hardest choice I've ever had to make was to live apart from my parents when I was in
college. I made the decision to attend college in the Visayas.

My aptitude for negotiation and mathematical problem-solving, which are the most
important aspects of this position, may significantly contribute to the profitability and expansion of
the organization. The company will prosper and flourish with these skills.

8. Tell us your short and long term goals.

My short term goal is to gain experienced with 3 to 5 years in the Philippines

My long term gold is to work in abroad and to be a business man.

9. How do you feel about your career progress at the moment?

My career advancement is now difficult, but you must endure all ups and downs in order to
become a good mechanical engineer. Sacrifice is the most effective way to reach your goal.

10. Why should we hire you?


As a newcomer to the Mechanical Engineer area, I am aware of how challenging the actual
job is. It's difficult to understand how to carry out the responsibilities and duties of the actual job.
Fortunately, I possess these qualities: industrious, quick learner, initiative, patience, and
leadership. The abilities I gained in college will allow me to expand or explore them further. I wish
to be a part of your expanding firm with my skills.
