PREI ‘The Specification intends to cover the special requirement for procurement of all rubber ‘metal components provided in FIAT bogies. In case fatigue testing has already been done for the same component, test certificate and test scheme has to be shown to the satisfaction of inspecting authority. {The frequency dependence of the stffnesses should be demonstrated for the first component manufactured. g. The resistance against the cleaning agent listed in the technical specification 17.617 100 02 should be demonstrated for first component manufactured, h. “Manufacturer's Initials with Month and Year ” should be punched/embossed in letter it of 6mm on component at suitable location which should be visible even after assembly,
